Empowering owners, changing lives
What sets me apart from other trainers is my deep commitment to understanding both the dog and the human. I don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions—I take the time to assess each dog’s unique personality, environment, and emotional needs, while also supporting their human with clear, compassionate guidance. I focus not just on obedience, but on helping dogs become emotionally balanced, confident, and responsive companions. Training isn’t just about fixing problems—it’s about building a lifelong partnership. I help people truly connect with their dogs, not just control them.

Consultation
I offer virtual and in-person consultations. Virtual consults are free and 30 minutes, while in-home consults are $40 and 1 hour. During your consult, we’ll discuss your dog’s routine, behaviors, exercise, and any challenges you’re experiencing. We’ll go over your training goals, and I’ll provide guidance tailored to your dog’s needs. You’ll also have time to ask questions so we can create a clear training plan moving forward. In-home consults also include a basic assessment and introductory training with your dog.
Sessions
During your first session, we will introduce the foundations of positive reinforcement training, including the use of clicker training. We will review a customized training plan that aligns with your goals. I’ll guide you through the first set of exercises, explain how to practice them at home, and help you understand what to expect in future sessions as we build on these skills. Consistency is key to your dog’s success, so daily practice between sessions is essential. If needed, you will receive homework sheets to track your progress each day and ensure you’re staying on course.
More info
My philosophy is rooted in positive reinforcement, mutual respect, and clear communication. I believe in building a strong, trusting relationship between dog and owner through consistency, patience, and empathy. Rather than focusing on punishment, I emphasize rewarding desired behaviors to encourage learning. My ultimate goal is to help dogs become confident, well-mannered companions and to empower their humans with the skills and understanding needed to support their dog’s development in a positive and respectful way.
