Positive Training - Lasting Results
What sets me apart is my focus on building a strong bond between you and your dog. I use patient, positive reinforcement techniques tailored to each dog’s personality, from basic manners to behavior modification. With years of hands-on experience and time as a pet rescue volunteer, I make learning fun and stress-free, helping your dog become confident, happy, and well-behaved while strengthening your connection.

What to expect
Consultation
A typical dog training consultation usually lasts approximately 60 minutes and includes: ~ Talking with you about your dog’s behavior, routines, and goals ~ Observing your dog’s behavior in your home or a neutral space ~ Identifying challenges and triggers ~ Giving an initial plan with training tips and exercises you can start right away It’s mostly about understanding your dog and setting a clear path forward.
Sessions
During training sessions, your dog will learn through positive, reward-based techniques in a calm and structured environment. You can expect hands-on guidance, demonstrations, and real-time coaching so you know exactly how to reinforce good behavior at home. Clients are encouraged to practice exercises between sessions—consistency is key to success. Make sure you have tasty treats on hand, ideally treats your dog doesn’t usually get, to keep them motivated. Between sessions, I provide guidance, answer questions, and adjust the plan as needed to keep progress moving smoothly.

Availability
I usually find that mornings and afternoons work best for training, when both pups and their families are fresh and ready to focus. That said, I know every family’s schedule is different, and I’m happy to be flexible to make it work whenever is most convenient for you.
