Redirect Unwanted Behavior

What makes me different is that I received my Dog Obedience certification so I could better understand MY dog and her reactive behavior. I am compassionate and I am disciplined. There is ZERO judgment, but I require 100% accountability. There’s no “bad dogs” or even “bad owners”, you are either aware or you aren’t, and it’s up to you whether you bring lasting change to your furry friends life.

What to expect

Consultation

My consultation will be like I’m a fly on the wall, I will stay hands off so I can capture the home dynamic in its natural state. We will review and assess any behavioral complaints you would like to work on, and I will suggest a game plan moving forward if all parties are aligned.

Sessions

Typically in your home

Each session will be tailored to the exact behavioral complaint we are working on, depending on the dogs retention we may only focus on one thing or possibly multiple per session. I will guide your hand through the every day steps you will need to redirect unwanted behavior, but it is up to you to continue the practice when I leave. Dogs respond to habitual nature, consistency is key to change.

3 years experience
Positive Reinforcement

My philosophy isn’t to train the personality out of your dog, it’s to train the group dynamic between the owner and pet into finding middle ground where both parties are happy and healthy. Dogs are allowed to be dogs and there’s no such thing as a bad dog, only dogs that need their behavior redirected. If you are willing to put in the work then your dog will respond accordingly.
