Tailored Training for Better Bonds
I started my career as a teacher, then spent over a decade as a program director in corporate America before following my passion for dog training—and I haven’t looked back! My approach is rooted in empathy for both dogs and their humans. Every dog is different, and every family has its own rhythm, so I tailor training to fit real life. Using positive reinforcement, I focus on building trust, confidence, and a stronger bond between you and your dog.

What to expect
Consultation
During your initial consultation, we'll review how things are currently going with your dog, any concerns and goals, and a schedule/plan to get us there.
Sessions
Sessions typically start off with a review of how things have gone since the last session and any new pressing concerns that have come up. Then, we'll dive into new material for the week and end on some "homework" for you and your dog to work on in advance on the following session. Homework is a key component of successful training - daily practice is what keeps training effective and fun!
More info
I believe every pet parent is capable of building the relationship they want with their pup — it just takes time, patience, and consistency. My training philosophy is rooted in positive reinforcement and meeting each pup (and parent!) where they are. Together, we focus on understanding, communication, and confidence so that learning becomes a fun and rewarding experience for both ends of the leash.
