What to expect

Consultation

Its introductions so dog, you, environment all are important to understand. Concerns, strengths, personality, fears, etc are also very important in the beginning of a training program.

Sessions

Typically in your home

Every day can be different and need to be adjusted for, but if the dog is healthy I will focus on warm ups with previously understood tasks before introducing new ones. Family/other handlers need to know what 'normal' looks like and what is expected. Ex: verbal and nonverbal cues need to be consistent and consistently enforced.

4 years experience
Positive Reinforcement

Understand the dog first and adjust approach from there. Training pace is driven by performance and endurance of dog. Once new skills are learned and reinforced can move on to new skills while bringing others into the command space.
