Training for better everyday life
I believe training should make life with your dog easier, not more complicated. I use a positive, reward-based approach and focus on practical skills that fit your dog’s personality and your everyday routine. Every dog learns differently, so I take the time to understand what works best for you and your dog.
What to expect
Consultation
Before our consultation, I’ll ask for a little background about your dog and what you’d like to work on. During our time together, we’ll talk through your goals, routine, and any challenges you’re having, and I’ll get to know your dog and see where we’re starting from. From there, we’ll go over the best next steps and what training could look like for you and your dog.
Sessions
Each session is based on what you and your dog are currently working on. We’ll practice together, make adjustments as needed, and focus on skills you can realistically use in everyday life. I’ll also show you what to practice between sessions so you can keep making progress at home.
Reviews
Experience
I use positive, reward-based training and focus on making learning clear and enjoyable for the dog. I like to break skills into manageable steps, reward progress, and adjust the approach to each dog’s personality and pace. I also make sure owners understand how to practice the same skills confidently between sessions.
