Amelia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Behavior from the University of Connecticut in 2005. She became a Certified Cat Behavior Consultant though the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants and has extensive experience helping cats and dogs with behavior disorders. She continues to work alongside Board Certified Veterinary Behaviorists in Colorado, and is familiar with the medications often recommended, their uses, and side effects. Dog and Cat Behavior Consultations I Can Come To You! You Can Come To Me! We Can Meet Virtually! Common behavior problems that we solve are potty training and litter box issues, improving interactions between housemates, assisting with new pet introductions to resident pets, improving behavior and comfort on walks, decreasing unwanted responses to people and other animals, and decreasing destructive behavior.
Sessions
Initial consultations include a comprehensive discussion on your pet's behavior concerns and your training goals. We will then practice foundational skills that will build communication between you and your pet.
