Advanced Training on a Budget
With over 15 years of experience and three professional certifications, including the internationally recognized CPDT-KA, I provide individualized, evidence based training tailored to each dog and handler. My positive reinforcement approach emphasizes positive reinforcement while building confidence, clear communication, and lasting results. As an active member of the disability community, I also bring unique insight into adapting training for clients with disabilities. I don’t just train dogs I teach people.

What to expect
Consultation
Your consultation is a comprehensive evaluation of you and your dog. We’ll discuss your dog’s history, behavior, goals, lifestyle, and training needs while I observe your dog’s behavior and your interactions together. Please bring your dog on a standard leash, high value treats, and any current training equipment. Honest communication and consistency are key. You’ll leave with personalized recommendations, homework, and a training plan designed to set both you and your dog up for long term success.
Sessions
Each session builds on the last at a pace that’s right for you and your dog. You’ll receive hands on coaching, personalized instruction, guided practice, and honest feedback. As your dog progresses, we’ll introduce real world distractions to build reliable behaviors. Your role is to arrive prepared, participate actively, and practice between sessions. Lasting success comes from consistency at home, and I’ll provide guidance, homework, and ongoing support every step of the way.
More info
My training philosophy is all about reinforcement, with a strong emphasis on positive reinforcement. I prioritize rewarding desired behaviors to build confidence, trust, and lasting results while using the least intrusive, least aversive methods possible. Every dog is an individual, so training is tailored to their needs. My goal is to create reliable, real world behaviors through clear communication, consistency, and a strong partnership between dog and handler.
