“Mason did a great job dropping in to take care of our three cats and our dog over Memorial Day weekend while we were away. He was especially patient with our dog who can have a bit of anxiety - this was our first extended time away from her. Mason was diligent in communicating with us and checked in to provide updates with each time he came over to feed the cats and take the dog for a walk. It was a very good experience with our first time hiring a pet sitter and we would 10/10 book with Mason again. He was very flexible and open to a last minute request over this holiday weekend.”

About: I have been helping care for our dogs my entire life but I’m really only counting since I was 10. I’m not sure if I would count earlier as helping lol. I would dog sit for family, friends, and coworkers too. I always make sure they are happy and feed. Along with making sure all their energy is out too. I will follow all food instructions that they have. I have given dogs pills before if they require them. I have limited experience with both elderly dogs and puppies, however I am willing to learn what they will need from me. I do work full time but I have an hour lunch where I can run back to let them out. I work from 8-4 so if they don’t need to be let out during the day I will let them out immediately once I get back. I do not do much on the weekends so weekends will be spent with furry friends. I will care for your pet in your home and make it as close as to their routine as possible. I have walked dogs on a leash and have good control. If they do not eat human food they will not be given human food. I always stick to the portions that I am told when feeding them too. If I have a concern about one of the furry friends I will contact you immediately to see what you would like me to do.

About: I have had many dogs in my lifetime, around 9 different breeds in the past 18 years. I have also been pet sitting for multiple clients over the course of a year. I have taken care of frail senior dogs all the way to puppies. I don’t mind getting my hands dirty if I must. I also have a lot of experience with other animals! I’ve owned birds, lizards, rats, crabs, bunnies, fish, you name it! I will also gladly take care of any pets like these with no extra charge :) I have a flexible job and am able to work around that as well as my college classes as most of them are spaced out throughout the day. I always make sure to let the pups out immediately and change the water in the water bowl, and feed them if it’s time to eat. I typically make sure to wipe the grime out of their eyes in the morning- it bothers me for some reason, I like when dogs have a clean face. I’ll usually stay for around 20 minutes or longer and hang out with the pups. If a dog needs to get his/her energy out, I’ll normally play with them before I leave to ensure they don’t wreck the house. I’ll give a treat twice a day at most.
