About: I have Boston terriers, cats, goats, an a donkey. I grew up on a small farm. I have rested animals from birth and up. I'm a mother of 6, with 11 grandkids and 2 great grandkids. I'm a 10 month employee for West Wilkes High school as a bus driver and custodian. I'm free most of the summer since I'm only a 10 month Wilkes County School employee. When school is in I work from 6-8am and 11:30-5:30pm. I live on a 10 acre small farm that I grew up on. My dogs have a fenced in yard and a doggie door. They have their own bedroom for when we are away from home and sleep with me at night. They are feed twice a day and have a monthly barkbox subscription.

About: I have had animals all my life. I grew up with four dogs, a cat, and a bird! We rescued all of them and gave them a loving home full of attention and all the treats they could ever want. I would also pet sit for friends every so often. Because of this, I have learned a lot about everything that comes with being a pet owner. I now live here in North Carolina with my boyfriend and we have our sweet cat, Pretzel. I currently have a full-time job in West Jefferson. I am available for drop ins anytime during the weekends and late afternoon/nights during the week. I can do drop ins and do whatever I need to do to care for your pet whether that's playing with them, feeding them, or changing the litter. I can also walk dogs as well!

Jose and I have fostered many dogs and cats over the past 3 years and even have a foster fail of our own! We love to help any fur baby we can and our door will always be open for yours too! Please let us know anything and everything there is to know about your fur baby so we can make them feel safe and comfortable with us while you’re away! Their happiness and comfort is our priority! Jose and I have open availability on the weekends and are always active and would love to spoil and love your fur babies like they’re our own! About: I've had many years of experience between keeping my own animals as well as house sitting or just dropping in to check on your pets! I also offer the same service for reptiles! Preferably would like to service closer to Wytheville but will travel in some cases I currently have a full time job but I am looking to quit so I can focus on doing nails and going to school part time for that but I need a side hustle! I live in a school bus so I don't really have tons of room to take care of pets there but I am more than willing to come to their homes, I'd prefer that the pet is comfortable as possible and I cannot stay overnight in a home but I can stay as long as needed to make sure the care requirements are met

“Even though Cheyanne has not seen Poppy she can tell that she is eating and going potty good job???”

About: My years of pet care experience range from animal rescue to boarding facilities to volunteer work to doc training and to hospital care so I have a wide range of pet care experience. I work in the animal field, and so it is a daily job for me not to mention taking care of my own personal animals My animals are my children, and I would treat others animals the same way. I believe in being respectful of people’s opinions and the ways that they take care of their animals.

“Gracie did an outstanding job watching my pets while I was away. She does a great job communicating both before I left when I was making sure she knew what I needed as well as sending me updates and some photos while I was away. I will definitely hire her again.”

“Rick goes the extra mile - not simply dropping in to feed your pets, but putting in the energy to get to know them and develop a relationship. We have three shy cats who have grown to adore him, which is both surprising and amazing! We’ve booked him 3 times and at this point wouldn’t go with anyone else!”

“Sarah was great. Good communication and she offered to come over on her own time before our trip to meet the dogs.”

About: For my house sitting experience I’ve had to stay overnight at my uncles house and my cousins many times and watch their dogs while they are gone, I’ve been doing that for probably 5 years. I’ve also house sat for friends and other families and taken care of their dogs (and cats!) for quite awhile. For dog walking I’ve always had dogs, I’m good at walking them but I’d prefer (especially) for bigger dogs to be trained for walking so They are not just pulling against me the whole walk. For drop in, I’ve had to do them for years whether your dog is on a specific schedule like my dads or not I can play with them feed them and any other specific doggy request. Same for cats, I’ve always had cats as well and I’ve never met one who didn’t like me :) I’m not professionally trained as I have not taken any classes. but I know how to help both choking cats and dogs! Or know how to help if any other emergency might happen. I'm currently only working part time so I have plenty of extra time to come walk with or just check in on your puppies or kitties! I’m always very careful to listen to pets body language and the boundaries they set for people they aren’t fully familiar with (especially cats) I won’t force your beloved pet to do anything they don’t want to do and I will guarantee I’m giving 110% to your animal anytime I see them :)

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, Cats, small animals like guinea pigs and hamsters Over the course of many years. I started when I was younger. I have taken care of cats and dogs making sure they are comfortable and safe within their home, as well as ensuring there needs when at their home.

About: DISREGARD REVIEW FROM ROBIN! It contains lies which meet the standard for libel. Nothing in her review is true. I did come the night before at her request, but every other remark is untrue. I have two dozen 5-star reviews from this site and others. Where to start? Three dogs with 11 legs, 50+ cats, 2 alpacas, 7 parrots, farm critters— Out of space! What else? And…um…Ack! Estates, hovels, and— Being retired from the rat race, I now sit full-time. That means I’m there 24/7 to give your Fur/Feather/Scale Babies and home love and care The safety of your pets/home are of utmost importance, so a schedule and information list are essential. I prefer arriving early to go over everything. Being retired, sitting pets and homes is my only focus. Actually, available within a four-hundred mile radius, all the way to the coast, the big city, and everywhere in between! I make certain your home and your pets are in the same pristine condition as when I arrived. The pets (who have lips) will be smiling. Of course, they will be even more exciting to see you again. The house would be smiling, if not for that whole lips thing.

“Meredith is very dependable and trustworthy. My dogs love her. I highly recommend Meredith!”

“Kitty , was great! My 2 boys are abit shy and picky as to whom they share their affection with. But Kitty won them over, to my surprise. I will be contacting Kitty again in the near future for another drop by take care of Blue Boy and BlackJack. I would recommend to anyone in this area to contact Kitty for drop in care of their critters.”

About: I have been fostering & training animals for rescues and shelters since 2009. I enjoy fostering because it helps more animals in the long run, I am great with animals that are unruly & have vet technician experience, so you can be sure your animal is in great hands when at my home or in my care, I love cats, dogs & caged animals & will go above and beyond for them. I can do things that most animal caretakers aren’t comfortable with, such as administer medications, light training, cleaning, bathing, grooming, even go pet shopping if needed! I will treat your babies as my own 😊 I have a huge yard & I live a few miles from a park with a walking trail. I own my business and work from home on my own schedule so I can work around my animal care schedule if needed. I have a 6 month old but can and will refrain from contact if needed. I have pets of my own as well as fosters at any given time, however my house is split level and plenty big enough to separate my animals from visiting one's to ensure safety.
