About: I began my seriously joyous devotion to animals at the age of 11, as an SF ZOO volunteer in the barnyard, where I learned to care for a variety of animals, from miniature horses to coyotes to parrots, and more. I have continued to attract rescuing wayward beasts of all kinds, providing them with excellent love and care. I am a natural nurturer, the animals feel at home with me wherever we are. I have worked as a cat, dog and multi-pet sitter for many years, up until now, only through personal referrals. I am a kundalini yoga teacher, craniosacral and polarity therapist. My son is grown and I have a very flexible schedule. I love to get out with the dogs for long walks and if they don’t mind the car, we might get to the beach. I love nature, the outdoors and finding out how best to care for your animal so that they don’t miss you too much. I absolutely appreciate forming long term client relationships so that you and your animals can relax and have fun. I am self-employed and can accommodate your needs. When I am hired for a pet-sit, this is my focus and priority. I can schedule all my other work around it. I have a lovely minimalist home for your pet, a small garden and plenty of leashed walking in the woods space for regular exercise. If a dog is ok with car rides, I’m happy to take them to the beach.

About: I've been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember, growing up with a lovable dog named Marley (in my profile picture). At just 10 years old, I started walking dogs around my neighborhood, and that grew into a passion for pet care. While I’ve mostly catsat over the years, I’ve also had the unique experience of snakesitting! Whether furry, scaly, or somewhere in between, I love all animals and treat every pet like my own. My schedule is currently open and will be until this upcoming school year. My other passion is working with children and i’m planning to be a substitute teacher starting this fall! About: Hi! I’ve been dogsitting and walking for the last 5 years while i’m in college! I specialize in smaller dogs but also have cared for bigger dogs as well! I am a Nursing student at the SRJC currently on Summer Break. My availability is open through the Mid of August. I can also care for your fur animals beyond August ! I respect the wishes that each client has towards the care for their fur baby :) I am available during the week and weekends summer time !

About: I have been dog sitting for years but started Rover in 2022. I started out caring for my two pugs and cat, and have been sitting for family, friends, and folks on Rover. I am currently working as a flexible overnight nursing assistant, so I have plenty of time to take care and play with your pet! The rest of the days I am here to help, so they can get all the love and attention they can get while you’re away! When I am at a client’s home I make sure fencing is secured if needed. My home has a fence as well. I also make sure they have enough place to play whether it could be inside or out. I prefer to be outside with them! I love being active with animals but if you’re pet is somewhat a couch potato OR old, I can comfort them in whatever way they feel comfortable.

About: At my youngest age, I balanced on the lines of wanting to be a veterinarian or a marine biologist. My passion for animals and other life forms on this planet fuels my love and enjoyment of spending time with the pets I have and had in the past, along with new furry friends to meet. Currently working a flexible internship with a good amount of free time. Happy to fill it walking doggos, checking in on any furry friend, and love pet sitting over night. About: I've taken care of a multitude of different species for pretty much all of my life- I've been responsible for our family cat as well as our dog for about four years now. I also keep personal animals such as rats, fish, and birds and have done so for the past ten years. I've petsit for many, including people with elderly cats and energetic dogs. I'm currently working on and off shifts sporadically on the weekends, but should be available every weekday! On the weekends, my schedule is a little less flexible, but I should be able to work with other people's scheduling needs. About: I grew up with all sorts of animals and have always loved spending time with them. Your pets will get loads of attention from me, as I take full advantage of my time with them. You get your money's worth with me! I have helped potty train, helped teach tricks, have extensive experience pet sitting for animals with various needs and abilities, have experience sitting for elder pets and pets who need medication, and I am dedicated to catering my care to fit with your pet's personality making our time together fun and engaging. I take a positive reinforcement approach to dog training and build trust with the pets I watch. I spend a lot of time outside exploring new locations each day and our time together often ends with your pet exhausted. I have done loads of house sitting and have wonderful references. If needed I can even watch your other pets, too. I am getting my master's degree right now allowing me to take your dog out on frequent walks. When sitting for dogs that are well behaved I tend to bring them with me everywhere I can, keeping them active and engaged. Taking care of your animals is my way of getting time with them during a time in my life when I cannot have them. I love all animals and promise to care for them with all the love I would impart to my own animals. I make sure to treat your house as if it were my own. This means keeping things clean and making sure that nothing is destroyed. If something does get broken (which is uncommon) you will always know and if it was my fault I will, of course, replace it. It is not uncommon for people to ask for me to bring in their mail, water their plants, etc. and I am happy to help how I can.

About: I've had Dogs and Cats all my life up until recently and really miss having them around. I walk my neighbors Dogs who don't have the time or energy and thought it would be great if I could supplement my income by doing something similar, that's when I found Rover! I have experience with dogs and cats of all sizes, ages, breeds and temperament and respect their unique personalities. Also have experience with both dogs and cats with medical issues and am comfortable administering medications. I anticipate their needs and provide a safe, fun environment. For an additional fee I am more than happy to bathe them too! Cleaning houses part-time give me the flexibility to check in on your Dog/Cat every two to four hours. On my days off, I'll be with them all day. I frequently go hiking and to the beach so if they like outings like that we'll have a blast. I live in a house with a fenced in yard that is a good size! They must be flea treated prior to staying in my home. I live with my Partner who loves animals as well so they will get double the love. And they will be loved and treated as if they were our own. If you are crate training and provide me with a crate and instructions I can help out with that too.
