About: I have owned pets my whole life. My two Bernese Mountain Dogs both recently passed and I would love to care for your pets as I get over their loss. I work 7:30-4:30 in Hiawatha Monday-Friday with a 1 hour lunch for letting the dog out at noon, all my other time is available before and after work. I am not currently offering in-home pet care. About: I have taken care of my own dogs since I was very young. Later in life, neighbors and professors would ask me to dog sit or dog walk when they were unable to do so. Taking care of dogs is something I enjoy and would like to do more often. I am currently working on Mondays through Thursdays at 11-8:30 but I will always be able to work around it to spend time with my furry friends. At the moment me and my family are housing a puppy that is a year old. We have a fenced in yard for her to run around and she eats well crafted food to keep her energy and health up.

About: I have my associates degree in Veterinary Technology! I previously have worked at dog/cat boarding facilities, and vet clinics. I have had dogs, cats, & goats throughout my life! I currently have my dog living with me here in Cedar Rapids, & 2 cats back in Indiana living with my parents. I am comfortable with any size dog & weight. I am also comfortable with medications if necessary! I am a travel agent that works from home. My schedule is extremely flexible! I am very comfortable with whatever your pet needs whether it’s ones who require constant attention & playing for an hour, or ones who prefer to have their own space. Whatever your pet needs I am happy to provide! My dog is spoiled to the max & I ensure your pet will receive the same treatment! I am down for just opening a door to let them out in their backyard, watching their favorite movie from the couch, playing with their toys, or strolls around their neighborhood!

“I was so thankful Samuel was open to watching our little puppy! He watched my elderly dog Darla previously, and he was so patient with her as she was taking a lot of meds and needed TLC. He gave the same TLC to our new puppy, Olav. He's a handful and is learning his manners in classes/practice. Samuel took him outside to play and run off that energy often, and he was a happy little guy when we got home. Will definitely book again. Samuel is awesome! :-)”

She did a home stay for 4 nights and our house was impeccable when we returned. To say I would hire her again is an understatement. About: I love pets and I will take care of yours as if they’re my own! I have been around pets of all kinds my whole life; I can adapt my care to various needs because I know every pet is different! I was raised in a home with two cats and two dogs, so it was a small zoo! It was at a young age that I learned how to clean a litter box and how to clean up the dog waste in the yard, so nothing like that scares me off! I also have been taking care of others' pets since I was in elementary school! Primarily, my pet care experience has been with cats and dogs, but I have no trouble following instructions if you have a different kind of pet! I'd love the chance to love your pets! My current work hours fluctuate right now, but my current availability is: Mon-Thur as early as you need me until 3:45pm. I'm available after 9pm. Friday is entirely available Saturday I'm working 10am-2:30pm. Sunday is entirely available I always make sure to respect an animal’s space and boundaries until they clearly indicate they are comfortable with me. I never assume an animal is friendly until they show it!
