About: I love walking and running. Being outdoors as much as I can when it’s nice out! 🌞 I pay a good attention to details and often like to double check things. I do whatever is asked of me. I always do my best and with honesty. Accept same day bookings as long as I don’t already have something planned of course! Don’t have kids or personal pets of my own. Just family pets. If I have to be gone for more than what the dog is allowed to be alone. Then I will go back and check on them and let them out for a quick potty break. I’m also looking for a full time job right now. So I’m not booking anything for more than 2 weeks out. Sorry for any inconvenience. Right now I’m flexible and my job is flexible. I only work 2 days a week in the summer. During the school year, I will be trying to substitute teach more base on the need. But I would be gone no more than 8 hours. I walk the dog on side walk or on the road if it’s a busy neighborhood. I feed and give your dog water. Also medication if they take any. I also play with your dog if requested or I see the need.

About: Book now before I update my prices on September 20, 2025! Scroll through my photos to see the backyard your pet will get to run around in! I have 2 years experience volunteering and fostering pets at my favorite pet rescue organization and the humane society. I have 5 years of experience caring for my brothers 3 shar-pei’s (ages 1-3) whenever they’re away, which is on a regular basis. I also have experience caring for my sisters senior stray cat that she took in and adopted. I have experience in potty training puppies and will wake up in the middle of the night if needed. I also have 4+ years of nanny and childcare experience with one family of 3 children so you know I’m also trustworthy with housesitting and with children as well! :) if you have any questions, please let me know! I am currently a stay at home wife with no children. I currently moved here because my husband is in the military so I have all the time in the world for your fur babies. I like hiking and going on walks to play Pokémon go so taking dogs on walks would fit right into my schedule! I love playing fetch, cuddling and teaching tricks when I spend time with pets. I verify that the floor is clear or debris and small objects to avoid a choking hazard, thus I often sweep because safety is a priority of mine. I live with my husband who also loves animals and constantly have his support and help. I encourage gentleness in dogs and always give them affection.

About: Hello, I'm Brandy, thanks for visiting my profile to learn more about what I can offer you and your pets. I have 5 pets in my home. Blue, my rescue German Shepard/Husky dog. Blue has 4 cats 🤣- Husky, Bodhi, Leo & Karma. We enjoy life in the country. Walks by the river and in the woods, fetch, birdwatching, and couch cuddling are some of our favorite hobbies together. My experience with animals is personal and professional. I have been a pet and house sitter for over 20 years. I grew up on a farm where pets and farm animals were always treated with deep care and respect. I've cared for exuberant puppies, elder pets that needed additional consideration for their health concerns and a vast range in-between. Animals have always been a central part of my life and I couldn't imagine life without them. I will care for your pet as if they were my own. Also, I'll work diligently to create trust with them (and you) and show them the love and attention they deserve as cherished members of the family. My degree field is in Environmental Health & Safety from Ferris State University, which I have used to help create and maintain safe work environments. This makes me keenly aware of my surroundings and able to evaluate situations quickly for the health of others (as well as your pets). I am pet CPR and first aid certified. Also, I'm independently insured for pet sitting in addition to Rover's pet coverage. I bake natural pet treats, make my dog's food from scratch and create pet toys and beds to donate to our local rescue community. My hobbies include cooking, gardening, yoga and meditation, and spending quality time with my family, friends and my pets. In addition to pet sitting professionally, I am self employed as a notary public. Because of my flexible routine, I am able to create my schedule as needed to accommodate pet sitting and care easily. The safety and care of your pets is my utmost priority. I am well versed in assessing the safety of environments and act accordingly to ensure every measure is taken to provide your pet with a safe and happy space. We will discuss your home and neighborhood in detail so that I am aware of any concerns you may have and will create the best plan for their care and safety. I have a flexible self employed work schedule. This allows me to be able to adjust as needed to fit your pet's special care needs. I appreciate a walk through of your home where we can discuss their normal routine, where their treats/medications are kept, and to create a file for my records. Including things such as their vet's contact information, allergies & other health concerns, pet preferences for favorite hobbies and best feeding/walking schedule, and to schedule best times to check in with you during pet stays or drop Ins.

About: Hi there! I'm an experienced pet care professional with years in the industry — including managing a busy pet resort — and I would be thrilled to care for your furry family members! Your pets will enjoy a cozy stay in my home, with access to the entire home, complete with a dedicated “dog room," cameras in every room of the home for 24/7 surveillance and a large 6-foot privacy-fenced backyard for safe outdoor play. I’m Pet CPR Certified and a Fear Free Certified Professional, trained to recognize and respond to signs of fear, stress, and anxiety in pets. I provide a peaceful, low-stress environment where your pet can feel safe, relaxed, and loved. I have experience with dogs and cats of all ages, breeds, and temperaments — including seniors, shy pets, high-energy dogs, and those with anxiety or aggression. I'm also comfortable giving: -Pills and tablets -Injections (including insulin) -Inhalers and specialized care ✅ Dual Insured: I carry private pet care insurance in addition to Rover’s protection, so you can feel 100% confident that your pet is in safe, reliable hands. 🩺 Vaccination Requirements: Dogs: Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), Bordetella Cats: Rabies, Distemper (FVRCP) Puppies/Kittens: Must be current on age-appropriate vaccines I highly recommend flea/tick/dewormer prevention for all pets. Please upload or send a clear photo of your pet’s vaccination records when requesting a booking. To keep things safe and low-stress for everyone, I do board multiple dogs at a time and have a few requirements in place: ✅ Dogs must be: Crate trained (see below for details) Up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines Why crate training matters: I use crates for short, structured times—like during meals or if I need to step out of the home briefly. It’s a key safety practice that allows me to separate dogs calmly, securely and safely when needed. Each dog has their own designated crate space during these short periods, made to feel cozy and familiar. Private boarding option available: If you’d prefer your dog to be the only guest during their stay, I offer the option to book a private retreat—meaning no other dogs will be scheduled at the same time. To reserve the space exclusively for your pet, you’ll need to book all (4) available boarding spots for those dates, as this ensures I can block off my calendar to honor your request. This is ideal for dogs who prefer more one-on-one attention or a quieter setting.

About: Hello! My name is Sarah! I've been taking care of pets since I was a little kid. I spent most of my childhood at my grandma's house who had 10 dogs, dozens of cats, birds, fish, and goats! Now as an adult, I watch over my parent's 3 month old Portuguese water dog, their miniature bulldog, two cats, and chickens! I'm a very flexible person when it comes to your needs. Does your pet take medication? Do they need a bath? Long walks? Lots of play time? Or maybe just a nice relaxed day with someone they trust? I've got you covered! I am also knowledgeable in taking care of reptiles, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, even spiders! I work at the MBS airport in Freeland from 4a.m. to 9a.m. Sunday through Thursday. Which means I can stop by in the morning/afternoon for your pet's needs as well as in the evening! You set the rules for your pet's care and needs! I will not do anything you don't want me to do. I'm definitely a rule follower! I want the best for your pet's, and that means a clear understanding of what YOU want for them.

There has never been a point in her life where she has not had at least one pet of her own, and every one of her fur babies is specially cared for and loved endlessly. Sarah M.
“I am delighted to share my heartfelt testimonial for Sarah as a pet sitter. Having grown up in a pet household with a diverse array of animals, her passion for caring for animals has blossomed into something truly extraordinary. Sarah's experience in tending to various animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, guinea pigs, insects, chickens, and ducks, sets her apart as a versatile and skilled pet sitter. Her background with such a wide range of species has given her invaluable insight into their unique needs and behaviors, making her an exceptional caregiver. During the time when Sarah was still living at home, her dependability was an absolute lifesaver for my wife and me. When we managed to find a little vacation time, we could truly relax, knowing that our beloved pets were in her capable hands. Her commitment to their well-being meant we could fully enjoy our time away, free from any worries about their care. Even now, when Sarah comes to visit, it's a heartwarming sight to see our animals' reactions. They get super excited, and they even recognize her car in the driveway. It's clear that the bond she formed with them during her limited time at home leaves a lasting impression. Her presence instantly brings joy and comfort to our furry companions. One of Sarah's remarkable qualities is her innate ability to connect with animals on a profound level. Whether it's playing fetch with the dogs, engaging in interactive play with the cats, or providing a safe and nurturing environment for the smaller critters, she has a special way of understanding and responding to their needs. Beyond the basics of feeding and cleaning, Sarah ensures that each pet receives ample attention, love, and mental stimulation. She knows the importance of exercise for dogs and the significance of quality cuddle time for cats. For every animal she cares for, she goes above and beyond to ensure they feel cherished and cared for. It's truly heartening to witness the joy and excitement our pets display in Sarah's presence. They seem to have a sixth sense, knowing that they are in the company of someone who genuinely cares for them. This is a testament to the love and devotion she pours into her pet-sitting responsibilities. As a parent, seeing my daughter excel as a pet sitter fills me with immense pride. I wholeheartedly recommend Sarah to anyone in need of a pet sitter who will treat their animals like family. Her reliability, dedication, and natural connection with animals make her an outstanding choice. You can rest assured that your furry friends will receive the best possible care under her watchful eye. If you want to truly relax and enjoy your time away, knowing your pets are in excellent hands, Sarah is the perfect person to trust with their care.”

Amelia B.
“Amelia is a fun loving soul who absolutely adores animals! She’s an aspiring veterinarian with current experience caring for animals in a clinic setting and at home. She has a rescue dog of her own who absolutely adores her and she of course adores him too! My dogs including my rescue adore her too! She’s patient, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and loving! I would most definitely recommend her for all your pet sitting needs!”
