“5 STARS - Kelly is an outstanding Dog Sitter. This was our first experience using Rover. We feel very fortunate to have found Kelly. She is a professional in her field that genuinely cares about the safety and well-being of the pets she brings into her home. The drop-off was smoother than we could have anticipated, which made driving away and the start of our trip relaxing and worry free. We quickly began looking forward to Kelly’s daily updates. It was clear to see from the pictures we were not being missed (which is a good thing). The outdoor experiences and newfound friends Quinn was exposed to made for very exciting times. We could tell from the stories and pictures shared with us that he was having a blast. We highly recommend Kelly, and will turn to her anytime we are in need of boarding in the future. Not only does she offer an environment superior to any crated or caged boarding facility, she engages her dogs in regular walks and activities for exercise and enjoyment. This was one of the first times we can recall while away not being concerned about how Quinn was doing. We felt assured he was in good hands and enjoying every minute of his stay with Kelly.”

And our high maintenance older pointer mix is just as peaceful as ever, his respiratory issue was taken care of well and that's a lot to keep up with. I can't say enough how much my wife and I appreciate the care they gave them. The fenced in yard with a good wood pile, walks, and pictures gave us peace of mind the whole time. We will book again with them anytime we need to and they're available.”

About: Hello! My name is Kayla, and I have over 7 years of experience caring for animals professionally, aside from caring for own companion animals for about 15 years. I currently work as a welfare specialist at an animal sanctuary, but have worked in four different animal rescue and care spaces. Along with my extensive knowledge and experience with animal care, I also practice positive reinforcement training and have worked with several different species to provide cognitive enrichment as well as training behaviors for cooperative care. I would love to offer your companion some extra support while you're busy. So I hope you reach out to me for your care needs! I work full time, usually Monday to Friday, but can flex my hours if needed. Best times for walks and drop ins are Monday-Friday after 3pm and anytime on the weekends. I can board or sit any day of the week. My philosophy of care is to support our companions' natural and preferred behaviors in a way that protects their safety. Essentially, I let dogs be dogs. I do not believe in punishment, and will not use aversive tools such as shock, choke, and prong collars. If these are the tools that you use in your home, I will use my own harness or collar while caring for your companion. I believe in providing our companions with agency and understanding, not fear and restriction.

“Angi is a very kind and understanding person and has so much love and compassion for animals! she took care of my pup for a whole week and he loved it there! she and her husband are very attentive and happy to take on any kind of need your dog has. even with a few dogs there, our dog Kirby had all the love and attention he needed. she was wonderful with keeping us updated throughout the week of how our boy was doing with lots of pictures. About: I love dogs they can tell. I have a boxer that enjoy running with and playing engaging games. I don't mind walking and running in winter weather. I enjoy working with dogs that want to get out and run but I'm also enjoying working with dogs who have gained some pounds and need a walk... who hasn't been there!? I think happy dogs are less destructive dogs and less distructive dog means happier owner. My hours and availability maybe changing relatively soon, but I am available every day before 8 and every day after 3 im available for overnight stays or weekend stays.
