I am happy to say then when I returned, I came back to a happy dog who you could tell had been given love, affection, and fed on time. The first thing that impressed me was her punctuality. I opted in for Rover's check-in alerts and was pleased that she came on time, every time. In addition, she was respectful of my property, following the instructions I sent to her. Finally, I know my dog. I know when she's upset and neglected, and when she's satisfied and happy. When I returned, my dog was energetic, happy, and taken care of.”

About: I have been raised in a home with pets and have never lived without them. I've had many different types of companions from tarantulas to rabbits to big lovable doggies. I currently have a puppy, Halo, a cat, Jake, and little Richie, my Betta. Wether it's play time with toys, nice walks around the neighborhood, hikes or cuddles, giving your friend what they need most is my top priority. If your dog is child friendly my 12 year old son could also come on occasion for extra play time. Sure makes monkey in the middle easier :) I am now available to help on weekends. About: I have a lot of hands on experience working with animals, working at an animal hospital. I know ways to introduce myself to your furry friends and the best ways to keep them comfortable when your not there. I am a hard working and reliable pet sitter who always puts animals first! I work 4 days a week and my schedule is flexible to make sitting work I always make sure your pet is watched at all times when I’m there. I always ensure dogs are on leash unless in a fenced in area and can crate pets when needed.

About: I have volunteered at a few animal shelters, including Pet's Alive in Middletown, NY. When I volunteered there, dogs were divided into green, yellow, and red. Green meaning that the dog was friendly and easier to handle, red meaning that only certain people could handle them, and yellow was a midway point. Throughout my time there, I was able to work my way up to yellow, which meant that I could work with the dogs that weren't always easy to handle. In my home life, I had a Treeing Walker Coonhound named Annie! We grew up together, and it often felt like she was my second sister. At a very young age, I had to learn how to safely walk a very strong, passionate, excited, and fast hound. Towards the last two years of her life, I made it my priority to make sure Annie was as comfortable as possible. This meant taking her outside often because of her incontinence, as well as helping her up the stairs if she needed help. Since then, I have looked after the dogs of many friends and family, and I'm excited to meet yours! I work from home, and I make my own schedule, so I'm very flexible! The only times I would most likely not be able to care for your pets in over night stays would be the day before a holiday and the holiday (example: Christmas Eve and Christmas.) For those who need a caretaker during odd hours that other caretakers may not be able to fill, my flexible schedule could definitely work! Above all else, I want you and your pets to feel comfortable, safe, and happy with me, so how I care for them depends on their personalities, what you can tell me about them, and what they need to be their healthiest self. I'm very patient and I love how unique all creatures on this earth are - I will have an absolute blast getting to know your furry pals! As much as I'd love to board, I have two cats who grew up with a dog when they were kittens, but it's been almost 7 years, and unfortunately, they have long since forgotten that dogs exist. To prevent confusing my cats, my care will primarily be at your house and property! I have always seen taking care of animals as a huge responsibility, and I genuinely do not take animal care lightly. I also take being in your home and property very seriously, because our homes should be a safe place for ourselves, our families, and our pets.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was little. I watch my family and friends animals while on vacation. I’m very dependable and trustworthy I can come before I go to work to let animals out after work etc and at night. Whatever you need I can do. Tia I wake up let sulley out play with him for a little bit I feed him at 6 am Then go to work my mother in law takes him out in the afternoon. Then I take him out when I get home from work he eats dinner at 6 pm

I have been interested in animal care since I can first remember, and this passion has led me to rehabilitating sick, neglected, abused & injured animals of all shapes and sizes. I can provide care for your every day animals, to your more special needs family pets of all sizes. My care ranges from day old baby chicks to 800 pound pigs or even SOME calm horses if need be! I have had dogs my entire life and have two of my very own that live an incredibly enriched and stimulating life. I know how difficult it is to try to get out of town or away for even a day with pets of your own, please allow me to be a part of your pack and allow you and your family to just that while having immense peace of mind that your loved pets are in incredibly capable hands. I am mostly available on weekends only for pet care. I can be available after 7PM for drop-ins at night if need be. During the week I am fully employed. I unfortunately cannot provide boarding for pets in my own and it is for your own animals safety and comfort. We have a little house- there would not be ample space to guarantee safety of clashing personalities etc. In YOUR home I would treat everything and your pets with the upmost respect. Having a stranger in your personal sanctuary is an incredible responsibility and enormous trust goes into this - which is why I would never take it lightly. What ever instructions you leave for me will be performed; Your pets comfort and safety comes first for me before all else. I understand animals and their environments, their specificities, quirks and special needs.

About: I am a cat mom of a 15 year old handsome snuggle bug. I was a dog stepmom for 7 years to absolute best pups on the planet. I love taking dogs for long walks to get their exercise, but always let my senior dogs set the pace. I am a teacher so during the school year my schedule can be a bit busy, but during all school breaks I’ll have the freedom to take your pups for walks and keep your kitty company. While my cat has lived with a dog before, he is big and feisty, therefore at this time I can only offer check ins at the pet’s home. Eventually, I would not mind offering boarding and care at my home, but do not want to take any risks.

About: As an experienced and long time foster, I have cared for dogs in my home with varying needs and personalities. I provide lots of affection, as well as necessary structure, to ensure a balanced and fun stay for all. I also have a sweet, Boxer-mix Zoe (50 lbs), and a Sato from Puerto Rico named Ellie (15 lbs), who love their foster siblings, and boarding mates & love to play, cuddle, and bring them out of their shell, especially little dogs. I have a few years of experience with rescue dogs, including puppy mill dogs, and street rescues, because of that I'm very confident working with shy, nervous dogs that need a little more TLC. In my personal time, I work as the social media coordinator for a dog rescue, and walk dogs for a friend's dog company.

About: I have helped my family numberous times with dog sitting and have 2 cats. I have also stayed with my family's dogs for a week and also house sat. Have also dog sat for some friends as well. I am working some part time jobs on my own time so I can schedule in dog walks, cat sits and dog sits pretty much any time I want. I clean my cats' litter box twice a day daily. My cats love to cuddle and sleep with me when I am home. I give my family's dogs walks and care as needed.
