About: My family has had dogs since I was young. I have potty trained several puppies in that time. I currently have 1 senior dog that I adopted from the shelter and 2 young dogs that my fiancé raised from puppies. They are my comfort. I enjoy walking and playing with dogs. I've watched my families dogs and cats while they have been out of town. I have experience with raw feeding as well. I'm a stay at home mom so I have pretty open availability. I homeschool my kids, but that doesn't take away from being able to care for others animals at all. I can walk dogs in your yard or around your neighborhood. We have a large yard that is great for walking dogs around. Plenty of space to wear even the most energetic dog out. We have children so they would get more than enough love and cuddles.

When they got back and I saw how happy Charlie was I knew I’d found the perfect match with Anna. She was amazing so I hired her the Remaining 4/5 days Id be here. We just bought a 2nd home on the island and I’ll be using Anna every day we are here:)”

About: My husband, William, and I have 7 years experience with raising high drive working dogs starting as young as 8 weeks. We feel well equipped to provide the highest level care for your furry loved one while maintaining any training goals. Your dogs comfort and safety is our highest priority so we will try to match your dogs schedule to the best of our ability. I am currently offering care on my days off allowing me the opportunity to have a flexible schedule to fit your dog’s needs during both week days and weekends. I have a 6 foot fenced in yard for your dog to have some safe off leash playtime. Your dog will be home with our residential dog, Duke, during their visit. Duke is an intact male Labrador, so if your dog is in heat, we will keep them separate. All dog gear (toys, water bowls, etc) will be thoroughly cleaned between dog visits to prioritize the health and safety of your dog.

About: I’ve dog-sat for families, stayed overnight in their homes, and taken dogs on long walks. I’m reliable, nurturing, and animals naturally feel safe around me. I also take excellent care of my own cat, Willow, feeding her a raw diet and paying close attention to her emotional and physical needs. Willow travels with me wherever I go and is well-behaved and calm in new environments—so I can only accept sits where she is welcome to stay with me. Pet care isn’t just a task to me—it’s something I truly enjoy. I’m flexible and available most days of the week, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I like building a rhythm with each pet and can adapt to your schedule easily. I care for pets as if they’re my own—respectfully and attentively. I follow your routines closely, keep their space clean and calm, and make sure they feel safe, seen, and loved. Whether in your home or mine, I create a peaceful environment they can trust.

About: With over 20 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities, I bring more than just basic pet care—I offer genuine companionship and a deep understanding of canine behavior. Whether it’s a high-energy puppy who needs structured walks or a senior dog who craves gentle attention and routine, I tailor each visit to your pet’s unique needs. My background includes working with rescue dogs, administering oral medications, and handling multi-dog households with calm confidence. While growing up, I lived in a home with multiple dogs and have cared for many dogs around my community. I currently own four dogs, two miniature dachshunds, one cane corso and my senior german shepherd. I have spent many of hours training my dogs, especially the cane corso who was a tad reactive, and they are all doing great! I would love to continue helping out around the community to care for your companions. I am currently working a full-time job in Easton, MD from 9-4:30 Monday through Friday. I would be open for mornings, evenings, and weekends. Sometimes, I am totally able to pop out for lunch time walks if it’s in Easton and know ahead of time. I am pretty flexible! In my home, I have three dogs that are crate trained and one that roams the home. I currently have a fenced in yard for my dogs as of recently, but have many years of experience with leashed walks and leash training with my own dogs and client’s dogs.

About: Experience with multiple breeds of dogs. My heart is owned by our 5 boys and our 3 furbabies 16 year old Siberian Husky named Lola, a 2 year old husky/german Shepard mix named Skye and a 13 year old Australian shepherd named Apache . Firmly believe that pets are family and that it’s up to us humans to provide them with the best life possible. Without a doubt, I will treat your pet family members as if they were my own, with an abundance of love and attention. I know what it’s like to have a good pet sitter and I’ve been very fortunate to know what it’s like to have a peaceful vacation without worries, let me be the one to ease your mind when it comes to your pets care. I’m always doing something doggie related. In addition to Rover we also offer dog grooming so we stay pretty busy with the pooches every day of the week. I have crates to accommodate all sizes of pups for those that are crate trained. Those that need a human bed to sleep in, I’ve got plenty of those as well. Huge yard for lots of exercise.

About: I have had many decades of well-loved Labradors, a couple exceptional Mastiffs, and a loveable yet crazy Brittany. In our home we have two full time cats that moved in after our neighbor passed away. Our family lives have always included pets and a multitude of farm critters that we care, love and enjoy. I am comfortable and have experience with large dog personalities as well as the medical and physical needs of seniors. And I can follow directions! I work full time as faculty at a local college, however my schedule has flexibility throughout the week as well as through the day. Typically I am available most days and locally can travel easily for pet care. Dogs can be boarded here as long as they are cat and dog friendly. There are 2 cats and I also watch our son's Brittany Spaniel during the week. For dogs that do stay here, they are allowed on the furniture as well as on our bed and there are multiple dog beds for their choice. Our backyard is fenced away from the road behind a privacy fence. For those dogs that like to swim there is a concrete salt water pool available during the season. Whatever directives the pet family prefers will be followed with updates regularly.

About: I do not have a lot of experience with dogs. I can take dogs on walks and I think dogs are cute, but I am mostly a cat sitter I am a recent college graduate looking for a job, so I have a lot of time on my hands to meet some cool cats I will only be visiting clients' homes. I cannot have other cats over for catsitting as I have roommates with other pets in the house.

About: **Servicing Dorchester, Talbot, Queen Anne's, Anne Arundel and northern Calvert county. Willing to travel, additional fees may apply. I live in Cambridge.** I am a loving cat parent myself and have had the fortune of caring for a broad variety of animals for well over a decade. I work on a farm for a veterinarian and have extensive experience with high medical needs animals including diabetic care, SubQ, IV and IM injections, pill administration in all forms, wound care, diapering, special needs, newborn and senior care. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes, cats, birds, and farm animals including goats, sheep, horses, chickens, and more. For constant care (i.e. can't be left alone or only able to be alone for less than 5 hours) or babysitting by the hour my rate is typically between $20 - $30. Outside of my work with animals I currently work part-time as a nanny and a housekeeper. I have a flexible schedule to ensure I have plenty of time to spend with those in my care. I do not currently offer boarding, but I am happy to provide drop-in or overnight care in your home and always strive to keep your pets routine as normal as possible.

About: I’ve been taking care of all types of animals from Horses to goats, to dogs and cats, to chickens and fish. I have experience with all ages of dogs and cats from newborn to seniors. I am currently the DayPlay Lead at K9 Heeling, rates the “#1 Dog Training Company” on the Eastern Shore, based on The Metropolitan Magazine! I love all animals and would willing to watch any type!! I am currently working full time! I’ve plenty of free time to take care of your pets and make sure they have the best quality care! After all it is what I do for a living! I would prefer to pet sit in your home so that the dog can stay in the comfort of its own home, if at all possible!

“Heather is a natural!! She was very calm and relaxed around my dogs. Even my little guy warmed right up to her and he hates everybody!! ?? I will definitely be using her for all my walks, visits and sitting needs. Thank you Heather!!”

About: I've had animals the majority of my life. I currently have 4 dogs in my home; 2 labs (ages 12 & 7) and 2 great dane sisters (age 2) plus I have chickens and ducks outside. I can handle everything from puppy all the way to senior. I own my own business and work from home so I have alot of flexibility as far as being able to care for your babies whether in my home or yours. I have a fenced yard for them to run as they please. Our pets are allowed on all furniture and beds, it's their home too!

About: I have taken care of cats and dogs my entire life. My family has always had pets, and I’m a natural pet lover. About two years ago I got my first domestic bunny, and now have two (of course Humphrey needed a bunwife). So I am experienced in bunny care as well. I am so excited to gain your trust by treating your fur babies like my own, and promise to make you feel secure leaving them with me! My schedule is pretty flexible. I babysit for a family in Preston three days a week but the times vary. It evens out to about 18/20 hours spread throughout three days so if your pet is here during those days they may be here without me for a few hours. My fiance does help when he’s off of work so as long as he’s home they would have him too. I own my home with my fiance, and we have a fenced in yard. The fence is about half of the height of your typical fenced in yard, so if your pet is curious and you think they would jump it we can accommodate a lead for your pet to be on just in case. This way they can still get the exercise and freedom a fenced in yard would provide. If your pet is used to going on walks, let me know so we can keep that same routine here. All outside playtime will be supervised as well. Our home contains a very friendly lab who is two and very high energy and gets excited easily, an older chihuahua mix (around 14 years old) and a middle aged chihuahua mix (6 years old). All pets in my home are vaccinated. I am also a nursing student and my boyfriend is a police officer, so we like to think this helps make us trustworthy and professional people who will give you peace of mind while you’re away.

About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, and small animals for as long as I can remember. My family always had a dog and at least 2 cats while I was coming up. I helped with puppy training, walks, play time, cleaning cat boxes, daily feedings, sometimes feeding schedules, and general love and affection. Today, I have 2 dogs, 3 cats, a bearded dragon, and a dwarf hamster of my own. My dogs are the sweetest and most loving. They love to play, snuggle, and get butt scratches. My cats are extremely affectionate....when they want to be. Daily feeding, watering, and weekly litter changes keep them happy and healthy. My bearded dragon has an amazing tank setup with a climbing log, a hideaway, a hammock, proper lighting and temp control, an ample sized food and water dish, and all the crickets and super worms her heart desires. My hamster is the newest addition to our farm. She sleeps most of the day, but I always make sure she has plenty of food to eat or stash, fresh water, something to chew on to keep her teeth filed down, and all the fluff she could want so she's able to tunnel, nest, and feel safe. Her house is cleaned weekly and new fluff is added. I love taking care of furry, 4-legged animals of all kinds. **Disclaimer: I do not take care of insects or arachnids. Strong phobia** I currently work as a 911 dispatcher. My shifts are 24 hours on, 72 hours off. I have ample time to make sure my pets are very well taken care of. I will take your pups outside as much as they want to go. I love playing with them and watching them run around and be happy. Walkies are a daily thing. Every dog needs their exercise. I'll love and cuddle your cats until they've had enough and decide to get up. Play time, treat time, potty time, you name it and I'll be there for it. If your pup likes to ride, well then we'll go galavanting with our heads out the window and tongues in the wind! Every dog is a lap dog no matter their size. Some dogs deal with separation anxiety, and it's heartbreaking for us as pet parents. Let me ease your mind and be there for your puppers when you can't be.

I have experience with diabetic dogs, blind dogs, seizure dogs, etc. I am capable of anything you need me to do for your furry kids! From giving them medication at certain times, to feeding them a specific diet, anything they need. I will love on them while you are away and give them all of the attention they need, as well as updating you with cute pictures! As always, I am only a text or phone call away. If for any reason, they have a medical emergency, I will call you right away and take them to your vet. If they have any grooming or vet appointments that you need me to take them to or pick them up from, I offer those type of services too. Any questions you have, please feel free to ask and we can surely discuss options that suit you and your babies best! I can’t wait to meet and learn everything I need in order to provide the best care for your furry kids!!!! I work at a vet clinic currently so throughout the day I am taking care of many peoples pets and fur babies. Whenever I’m dog sitting, I try my hardest to be there for other peoples pets whenever they are away as I treat everyone’s pet as if they were my own. Every pet deserves love and care. I try my hardest to provide clear communication with myself and the owners of the pets I sit for. I would expect nothing less then detailed communication as well as pictures so that my clients trust that their pets are in great care while they are away.

Angela D.
“Angela is awesome!! I live with my father and sister, and we had a great big farm dog, named Cookie. Life has caught up to the family, so we haven't had as much time to tend to the dog. When we got Angela to help take care of Cookie, she went above and beyond. Not only did she feed and walk her, but she gave her food and played with her as well. Angela is a very caring, playful, and loving person, and even more so when it comes to her love for animals! My family was trying to get rid of Cookie because we could no longer afford the expenses, sadly. When we told Angela, she took it upon herself to find Cookie a wonderful home among the community, and even took Cookie away for us. If me or my family ever gets animals again, Angela will surely be the first person we will reach out to!”

Katelyn S.
“katelyn has watched my dogs and cats for years. i wouldn’t recommend anyone else but her. she treats them like her own every time they are in her care.”

Jessica B.
“Jessica was fantastic with my dog, Cinder. From the moment we dropped her off I felt a sense of ease with Jessica. I knew my girl was in good hands! While away she sent me updates and pics almost daily we were able to have a great time knowing she was being taking care of. Our flights were canceled due to weather on the way home and we had to pick Cinder up a day later than we had planned. Jessica was so caring and understanding! When I picked my pup up she was happy and had clearly been extremely well taken care of. Thank you for taking such amazing care of Cinder for us Jessica!!”

Jordan G.
“Jordan is a responsible and loving pet caregiver. Jordan has a cat, Casper, that they have had since Casper was 8 weeks old. He is very high maintenance being a Sphynx breed and Jordan takes care of all of his needs, including weekly baths and special feedings for previous kidney issues. Jordan also fostered kittens. Jordan was very attentive to the kittens and kept in touch with the animal shelter when necessary. When the kittens appeared ill, Jordan called the shelter immediately and brought them to the shelter for care. Jordan has cat sat (staying in the home) for a professor at their college over a spring break. He was very pleased with Jordan's care of his cat and his home. Jordan has also done drop in visits to feed and play with cats of friends who were away. All were happy with Jordan's care of their cats. Jordan also worked at the Appalachian Animal Rescue Center in NC last summer feeding and caring for the variety of animals that come into the rescue. Jordan cares deeply for animals whether they be tamed pets or wild. :-)”
