About: My résumé includes dogs, cats, muddy boots, mystery noises in barns, and convincing animals that the thing they absolutely do not want to do is actually a great idea. I've learned that patience, consistency, and a pocket full of treats or a favorite toy solve most problems. Animals have always been a huge part of my world. On any given day, I might be caring for horses, spending time with my dogs and cats, or helping a nervous animal feel comfortable in a new situation. I understand that every pet is different. Some want a long walk and a game of fetch. Some want a quiet companion who respects their space. Some have very strong opinions about breakfast arriving precisely on time. I have experience caring for animals of all ages, from energetic youngsters to seniors who need a slower pace and a little extra patience. I'm comfortable with large dogs, multi-pet households, and pets with established routines that need to be followed carefully. Friends often describe me as observant and dependable. I pay attention to details, communicate clearly, and genuinely enjoy getting to know each animal's personality. Whether your pet is an adventure buddy, a professional napper, or a lovable troublemaker, my goal is to make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for while you're away. As a lifelong animal owner, I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets. I will treat them with the same attention and respect I give my own. I currently have flexible availability most days of the week and can often accommodate pet care requests around my existing animal care responsibilities. Caring for animals is already a part of my daily routine, so I understand the importance of consistency, communication, and showing up when expected. Beginning in August, my availability will shift as I start graduate school, and I will primarily be available on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. I believe in being upfront about scheduling and only accepting bookings that I can fully commit to, so you can count on reliable care and clear communication. Every pet has their own routine, and I do my best to follow it as closely as possible. During drop-in visits, I make sure pets have fresh water, meals (if needed), potty breaks, exercise, and attention tailored to their personality. Some pets want to play, some want belly rubs, and some prefer a quiet companion who respects their space. For walks, I focus on safety, consistency, and making sure your dog gets both physical exercise and mental stimulation. I pay attention to weather conditions, energy levels, and each dog's comfort and confidence. I also keep an eye on the little things. As someone who has cared for animals for many years, I know that changes in appetite, energy, mobility, or behavior can be important. If I notice something unusual, I will communicate it promptly. In a client's home, I respect both the pet's routine and the household itself. My goal is for your pet to feel comfortable and cared for while you're away, and for you to come home to a happy pet and a home just as you left it.

About: I am home everyday all day long, have 6 years of fostering experience with a rescue and 16+ years caring for animals. I can take any dog no matter what size! We also have a fenced backyard, so your pup will be safe and happy here! We have 3 dogs (1 is 15, 2 are 5) and they love all dogs and will play and snuggle with their new friend. We have had 27+ fosters meet our dogs and they got along with every single one of them :) We live in Gaffney on 30 acres so small hikes and walks are possible, and we have a fenced yard for routine potty trips. I work from home every day and I have 4 dogs of my own, so your pup will fit in just fine here! We have fostered over 27 dogs over the last 5 years, and our dogs are very well behaved so if yours is very young and needs help potty training, they will learn quickly from my pack! I love the ability to be home everyday in a senior role at work, so I basically do a lot of independent work - which means I can throw the ball in our fenced yard, potty train, snuggle, and ensure your pup has a fantastic time!

I work full time 9/5 but am available in the morning and after work and of course on the weekends. If needed and close enough I can check in on my lunch . I have been watching and walking dogs for neighbors and family members (and my own dogs) since I was in high school I currently work part-time while I’m getting my business off the ground so I’m free most days and times to care for your pets and their needs. I can easily accommodate anything that you do in your own house with your pets. I can crate or not, I can walk and check up on them often.
