About: I’m a genuine dog lover who enjoys caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities. Whether you’re busy, traveling, or just need an extra hand, I’m happy to help give your dog the love and attention they deserve. Dogs have always had a special place in my heart. I truly enjoy spending time with them, getting to know their personalities, and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I treat every dog as if they were my own. My goal is to help others feel at ease knowing their furry family member is in caring hands. I work at home so I do 24/7 care. My world is surrounded with dogs, I just love them so I work with them and everyday it's a blast. I have a wonderful 2 acre backyard that's fenced for my fuzzy guests to stretch their legs and enjoy a park all to themselves. I spend my hours outside working on little projects so your baby's will get to just relax or play to their heart's content and then after a long day I like to end it with cuddles and movie on the couch.

I am a stay at home mom of 2 school aged children, so my availability is unlimited. I will be there for you and your pet whenever you need me. I approach pet care with a focus on safety, comfort, and meeting each pet’s specific needs, whether they are in my own home or a client’s. Daily Care & Routine Feeding & Hydration: I provide meals at the correct times and in the right portions, following the owner’s or pet’s dietary needs. Fresh water is always available. Exercise & Play: Dogs get regular walks and play sessions; cats and other pets receive interactive play, puzzle toys, and enrichment activities to keep them mentally stimulated. Grooming: I brush fur, clean ears, and trim nails as needed to maintain hygiene and a healthy coat. Health Monitoring: I watch for changes in appetite, behavior, or physical condition and report any concerns to the owner or recommend a vet if necessary. Safe & Comfortable Environment I create a secure, hazard-free space with designated resting areas, pet gates, and soft bedding. I keep the living area clean, regularly cleaning litter boxes, picking up waste, and maintaining tidiness. For client homes, I check for safety hazards, secure gates, and ensure all pet access points are safe. Enrichment & Socialization I provide a variety of toys, scratching posts, and chew items to encourage natural behaviors. I spend quality time with pets through play, cuddling, and talking to build trust and reduce stress. I may reinforce basic training or good behavior during care. Communication & Consistency I follow the owner’s schedule for feeding, walks, and playtime to maintain routine and reduce anxiety. For client pets, I give regular updates via text, photos, or video to keep owners informed and reassured. I honor any specific instructions the owner has for care, feeding, or behavior. Special Considerations If I specialize in senior pet care, I provide gentle handling, extra attention, and a calm environment to support their comfort. For boarding or day care, I maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space with plenty of social interaction. By combining consistent routines, attentive care, and a safe, pet-friendly environment, I ensure pets are happy, healthy, and well-cared for, whether they are in my home or a client’s.

About: I have grown up with big dogs such as pit bulls and huskies and love them dearly I really love how playful and caring they are. I trained both my family pitties since they were puppies I’m currently only working 30hrs a week can board for you starting Sunday nights till early Wednesday morning have space for animals to play and run I live in a house on a 1 acre property no fences so as long as your dog is properly trained and no risk of them running away I don’t mind letting them roam free if not I can just walk them around on a leash. As for cats same difference I have a back patio to allow them to be in the sun and have fresh air and all the space they deserve

“Annalise took such great care of my pups. Let me be clear - there were four prep meetings leading up to her actual stay because of how challenging/anxiety-ridden my dogs can be. She has been patient, understanding, and willing to work with them where they are at. Throughout my five-day trip, I received ample photos and videos which I loved. It gave me peace of mind knowing they were getting tons of snuggles, their meals on time, and lots of outside time. All in all, I came home to happy pups and I'm so grateful. About: I will always go above & beyond to care for your pet. You will get updates and pictures whenever they are with me. I have experience in senior care as my girl is a little over 16 I have a pretty flexible schedule with work so can *generally* do most times needed. I am a CrossFit coach and as long as you don't need me during a class, I can stop by and take care/walk your pet =) I follow rules to the T when in other's homes. I cannot watch animals in my home unfortunately. I will send lots of updates to the parents and pictures!

About: I’ve taken care of other family members pets, neighbors, and friends for as long as I can remember. Along with growing up with my own my pets by side I work a full time job therefore Monday-Friday I am only available during the evenings. Saturday-Sunday my schedule is open to all hours provide attentive, personalized care based on each pet’s routine and needs. In my client’s home, I follow their established schedule for feeding, walks, playtime, and medication if required, helping pets stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I keep the home tidy, refresh water, and provide updates with photos for peace of mind.

About: Hello everyone! My name is MacKenzie, I am 21 years old, and I love animals of all shapes and sizes, but I do have the most experience with dogs. There has never been a time in my life where I haven’t had a dog. My family started out with a Labrador, then we got two Shih Tzu’s, and now I live with my boyfriend and we have a Boxador named Luna who is 9 months old with a bunch of energy! My friends and family have always entrusted my sister or I to take care of their pets, so when I heard about Rover I thought, “What better job is there than to hang out with doggos all day?” So, I signed up and I am excited to show your animals the same love and care you do! I moved to Raleigh recently and just got a new job as a Medical Esthetician at a spa. I am currently going through the process of building up my clientele at the spa I work at since I am so new; therefore, I have a decent amount of free time in between! I care for my dog typically by walking her twice a day, taking her to the dog park on weekends, cuddling her when she lets me, and taking her on fun adventures when I can bring her with me! If she can go with me, she’s by my side haha.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life. My pets are like my children, and I will care for your pets the same way. I will give your pets a lot of attention by playing with them, petting them, and giving them cuddles. I will follow the owner's instructions on feeding your pet, clean up after them, and can administer meds as needed. I am available for drop-ins and dog walking three times a day. I am available for overnight care. I am a homemaker and available during the day, evening, and overnight. I have a flexible schedule. I am not able to board pets in my home at this time. I can do drop in visits, dog walks, and house sitting. I will care for your pets like my own. I will keep them safe. You can depend on me to treat your pets well. About: I provide a open free loving caring home for animals when you most need it! I have been dog sitting for a while and love to spend time and care and love more whenever I can. I have volunteered in many animal shelters through out my childhood and young adulthood, I walk dogs, dog sit, love giving baths and make sure they are fed and stay on their regular schedule. About: I have sat for pets since I was in high school. This was for cats and dogs and included both overnight house sits and dog walks. I currently have no other commitments outside of school, and I only have classes for a few hours Monday through Thursday, so I am free for most of the week to visit and care for pets. About: I've had multiple dogs and cats my whole life and have pet sat and cared for neighbors' and friends' pets all through high school and college, whether that's house-sitting, drop-in visits, walking, or keeping them in my own home. I also volunteered at a local animal shelter, walking dogs and socializing kittens, which gave me hands on experience with animals of all different temperaments and backgrounds. I love animals and genuinely enjoy being around and caring for them. I'm comfortable with different breeds, sizes, and temperaments, and I follow feeding, medication, and routine instructions closely so pets stay comfortable and on schedule while their owners are away. I'm a full-time student with a great schedule! I have classes Monday-Thursday with M/W being my longer days from 9 -4, but with a midday break. T/Th is my lgihter day with only1 midday class That leaves me free most mornings and late afternoons, every evening, plus all day Friday through Sunday. I'm flexible and happy to work around your pet's routine. For drop-in visits and house sitting, I am able stay at the client's home so pets can stay in their own familiar environment, following their normal routine as closely as possible for feeding, medication, and playtime. I make sure doors, gates, and any outdoor areas are secure before letting pets outside. For dog walks, I keep dogs leashed at all times for their safety and use secure leash handling techniques, similar to what animal shelters require of their volunteers. I always check that collars and harnesses fit properly before heading out and keeping a firm, controlled grip to prevent slipping or bolting. For cats, I make sure litter boxes are scooped and cleaned on schedule so their space stays comfortable, and I always follow the specific food, water, and feeding routine the owner sets. Both cats and dogs need companionship even when they're independent, so I spend time with them each visit, whether that's playtime, petting, or just sitting with them so they don't feel alone while their owner is away. I pay close attention to any changes in behavior or appetite and let owners know right away if anything seems off. I follow any specific instructions owners give me exactly, and I send photo updates during visits, so owners know their pet is safe and comfortable while they're away.
