About: My love for animals started early and runs deep. I grew up with my family dog, raising her from a few months old to 15 years old. In my life from when I was 7 to 22, we truly grew up together. I cared for her as a playful puppy and again as a senior when she lost her hearing and sight. That experience shaped who I am today and continues to inspire my passion for caring for pets of all ages and conditions. Since then, I’ve dog-sat for both family and friends, including multi-day stays in my home and house-sitting for up to three dogs at once while their owners were away. I also have experience cat-sitting and am comfortable caring for both dogs and cats, especially small to mid-sized breeds. I bring a calm, attentive energy to every pet I meet, treating them with the same care and affection I gave my own. With a part-time work schedule, I have plenty of time to provide attentive, consistent care. I'm primarily available on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and can accommodate morning, afternoon, or evening needs. Whether your pet needs short walks, drop-ins, or longer overnight stays, I can offer a flexible schedule that keeps them happy and well-cared for. I strive to create a safe, comfortable space where pets feel at home. I have a large fenced-in yard perfect for playing fetch, supervised outdoor time, or just lounging in the sun. When it comes to exercise, I adapt to each pet’s needs—whether that’s a long walk or gentle indoor play. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I respect your space and follow your instructions carefully, including feeding, medications, and daily routines. I’m attentive to details and always aim to make your pet feel secure and loved. I’ll also keep in touch with regular updates and photos so you feel at ease while you’re away.

“Nea’s time with Mary went so well! We will definitely book with Mary in the future. She sent pictures videos of Nea while we were away and also sent us texts everyday letting us know how she was doing. Nea came home tired from getting to play with Mary’s sweet dogs. We are grateful she had a great time. Thank you!”

“Beth is an absolute Godsend! We brought our service dog, Cooper, with us to Toledo to visit family. We bring Cooper with us everywhere and have never had a problem. This time, the Airbnb we stayed at saw Cooper on their door cam and told us we couldn’t have him there (which is discrimination and illegal). Anyway, I opened up Rover and reached out to Beth after reading through about 15 different bios. Beth was gracious enough to accommodate us extremely last minute, and take Cooper in. Her house and yard were safe and secure both indoor and out. We were very comfortable in the vast experience and skill set she has in animal care. She took exceptional care of Coop, and he had the greatest time playing with her doggies. The pix she sent were epic! Beth was amazing and had the perfect space for “doggie summer camp”, and she was an incredible host. We absolutely cannot recommend her highly enough!”

“Kristen and her family did such an amazing job with my baby he didn’t even want to come home. They took great care of him and gave him lots of love and attention as if he were their own. She kept me updated and communicated with me the entire time. I can’t wait to book with her again and I know Dexter can’t either lol”

“Our pup stayed with Kayla for a week while we were traveling and Kayla was awesome. She was super communicative with pics and updates and it was such a relief knowing that our doggo was in good hands while we were away! Would highly recommend booking with Kayla ??”

“We loved working with Chelsea. Our puppy instantly loved them and seemed happy when we got him back. Chelsea was really good at communicating through out and sent us pics of the dog and other updates.”

“Luna was in good hands with Debra. I received daily updates and pictures. I had no worries while on vacation knowing that Luna was getting great care. I would definitely recommend Debra and plan on using her for future getaways!”

About: A Different Approach: dogs should have a multidimensional life just like humans! By multidimensional I mean that they should have fun activities throughout the day that stimulate their senses, use their brains to solve puzzles/obstacles and gain new experiences through adventure! This is something I have incorporated in my successful pet sitting/boarding business I have in Washtenaw county changing countless pets lives and the standard of care they are provided. After moving to La Salle one year ago, my responsibilities have become completely remote allowing me to spend more time at home! Boarding a few dogs at our home has been such a wonderful experience and we are ready to add a few more furiends to our list! Do you think your dog is ready for a new experience while you are away enjoying yours? Pet care comes naturally in our house! We wake up about 6am for potties, have breakfast, then have an activity/adventure about 10-2, have a nice nap, have dinner, potty walks come after food and then play time for the dogs who have high energy or snuggles on the couch for those who are tuckered out from our day already then potty before bed about 10pm. Dogs in our home are treated as part of the family! Our house is void of clutter for any curious chewers, plenty of comfy blankets for nap times, no sharp edges or glass anywhere to be hazardous for rambunctious days (aside from our kitchenware but the dogs eat from stainless steel dishwasher safe bowls rather than our human plates and bowls 🤣), we have a separate refrigerator for the dog food that needs to be refrigerated especially if a dog has a raw meat diet, each dog gets their own bin to put their things in like food and treats so that there is no cross contamination if someone has an allergy, we take every precaution for keeping pets from escaping including the double door method (making sure the dogs are behind one secured door in the play room before we open the front door for example). We also have multiple fenced in areas that are separated so that one yard is for potty, one for play time and one for stretching legs to keep everything clean and secured. If your dog is known to jump fences we will ask kindly to choose a different pet sitter with a fence higher than our 4ft fence to prevent any escaping. If your dog experiences the will to try to be curious of jumping a fence we do have a very long lead secured to cement so that they can still play safely. If there are ever any comments, questions or concerns we are completely transparent and hope all of our clients extend this kindness to us! Communication is so incredibly important to make sure all of our guests have the best time possible.

“Lauren and Cris always take such wonderful care of our dog, send adorable updates, and are very flexible to coordinate with! Our dog even squeaks with excitement when we pull into their place, he loves visiting! I would highly recommend them :)”

“Kimberly was amazing!! My pups had a good weekend staying with her. She kept me updated and I felt secure with leaving my babies in her care. Will definitely use her again! Thank you again!”

Ashley & Cody G.
“Ashley's amazing! She's nice, flexible, and always goes above and beyond with my dog and even goes out of her way to make sure he's comfortable and has a good visit 🙂. Super easygoing, she's never once been deterred by his sometimes erratic/unpredictable/naughty behaviors that I'm sure others wouldn't bother to put up with, and instead she actively works to find solutions to get him to listen. Daily walks, plenty of activities, consistent updates, she does it all flawlessly and takes a huge weight off my mind. I'd recommend her to anyone in a second!”
