About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my strong attention to detail, genuine love for animals, and experience with pets of all ages and needs. I have hands-on experience training puppies with basic commands and crate training, as well as providing gentle, attentive care for senior pets who may need medication, extra patience, or mobility support. I’m also highly reliable and communicative I always keep pet parents updated with messages and photos, so they feel connected and reassured while they're away. My calm, friendly approach helps pets feel safe and at ease, whether it’s their first time with a sitter or they need special care. I treat every animal like they’re my own, and that personal connection makes all the difference. Pet care fits into my daily routine as a consistent and rewarding responsibility. Every morning starts with feeding my dog and taking him for a quick walk to get some energy out before the day begins. In the evenings, I usually spend about 30 minutes either going on a longer walk or playing fetch at the park. On weekends, I make time for grooming like brushing his fur or giving him a bath if needed and sometimes schedule vet checkups or pick up new toys or treats. It’s a routine that keeps me grounded, and it’s always nice to end the day with a loyal companion by my side. When caring for pets in either my home or a client’s home, I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and consistent environment. For dogs, I ensure they have regular feeding times, fresh water, daily walks, and playtime to keep them mentally and physically stimulated. I also follow any specific instructions the client provides, such as administering medications or adhering to training routines. If I’m in a client’s home, I respect their space and maintain the pet’s regular schedule to reduce stress from their owner's absence. I clean up after the pet, monitor behavior for signs of illness or anxiety, and send updates (with photos) to the owner for peace of mind. Whether it’s overnight care, walking, or short visits, my goal is to make each pet feel safe and loved while their owner is away.

About: I grew up in a small town with horses, dogs, and cats. I have been an animal lover since I was just a little girl. My Aunt had a kenneling facility that I helped with throughout the years and growing up. It was more like a little staycation for furry friends while families traveled for various reasons. Customers always came back relieved because they knew that their pets were in great hands. My responsibilities included keeping the living space sanitary and comfortable, feeding, watering, cleaning, exercising, and monitoring the animals' health and behavior, and obviously a lot of added love and play time! I dog sit for a few people (friends/family) here in and stay at their homes when they are gone and love it so much, I decided to check out Rover! I will also maintain the home's cleanliness and security and keep you updated on your furry friend/friends' status.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid. It never mattered if the dog was mine, some one else’s or a stray, I loved them all - and still do! I’m currently working full time as a teacher. Luckily my school is a 5 min drive from my home, so getting home quickly is a perk ☺️ I do not do any after school activities, therefore when it’s 3:10 pm I’m headed home! My weekends are usually free and any holiday I am free! Your dogs home away from home 🥰 I have a fenced in yard and 2 dogs of my own to play with yours! My home is set up to accommodate any dog needs whether it be food allergies, anxiety, training, medications etc.. I’m able to do it all for your pup(s)! If needed I can continue any training done at home. Due to having 2 herding dogs I have 5 years of experience training. Some of the skills worked on have been: basic commands, potty training - ring bell, crate training, redirection training and recall. One of my dogs has extreme anxiety which has allowed me to learn different ways to train him depending on circumstances. I have rooms and spaces set up in the home to allow the dogs to escape to when they are overwhelmed. While your pet stays with me their comfortability is my priority! When it comes to any type of animal I have endless love, patience, empathy and kindness 🖤

About: I love dogs cats, bunnies, birds and they love me! I am mostly available evenings and weekends! I am able to remain patient when your pet doesn't behave as expected, and stay calm so your pet doesn't feel and react to the anxiety. I am sensitive to and can recognize the needs of your pet and responds to them. You've probably worked hard to teach your pet the rules of the house. Make sure you let me know the rules! If you don’t allow your pooch to lie on the sofa or sleep in your bed, please notify me, I do not want to undo your training by bending the rules. I can be firm and consistent -- even if your pet gives me the begging puppy-dog-eyes! *alive* Im fully available and flexible to fit yours as yours furry babies needs. About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was about 15. I occasionally did pet sitting and dog walking for my neighbors when they needed extra help. In 2021, I got my first dog and learned much more, like grooming, potty training, and feeding. I found a passion for taking care of dogs and would like to continue! I am currently a student, so I have Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays free in the morning. I can also provide care at night until 10 p.m. My apartment complex has a fenced backyard. I also live by a park to walk dogs. Overall my neighborhood is very very calm and nice.

About: I’ve taken care of pets, my own and others since I was a kid and I enjoy it more than they do:) I love animals especially dogs and cats I’m a student at UNL and I have classes starting in Fall Monday-Friday 10:30-2:00, but other than that I’m always available :) I also have an hour break in between each class! I care for my pets with patience and make them feel comfortable around me. especially animals who are away from their owners, need comfort and reassurance.

About: I grew up taking care of house dogs and working dogs. This is where I grew the ability to connect and understand that I will no doubtably have with your dog. I have 3 dogs of my own, two Chiwienies named Cory and Topanga and an epileptic Black lab named Auggie who receives medicine 5 times a day. I am a photographer and set my own schedule--pretty flexible and willing to move my days around to fit my clients schedule as much as I am able! Your dog is my dog while you are away. I take pride in spending time with each individual animal and getting to know them so they are comfortable and we become best buds!

About: My grandma owns her own dog rescue and I am always helping out. I’ve always had a special place in my heart for animals. My family has 3 dogs and one cat and I was the one that took care of them most. Now that I’m on my own I have kittens which are very friendly with dogs. I am available whenever you need me! Mornings, afternoons, and evenings whatever you need I can do for you! I can stay overnight at your house! If there will be dogs I am able to take them out whenever they need but mostly make sure they go out every hour. I love being outdoors so going on walks is a plus.

About: I grew up with 2 dogs, a beagle and a German shepherd! I would dog sit for the neighbors golden retriever often and take care of my cousins yellow lab! I puppy sat for an Australian shepherd for 3 weeks last winter and have picked up various other dog sitting jobs with people I know. I love all animals! I work a regular 8-5 job and am willing to do walks before or after work. I can also house sit so dogs don’t feel lonely while their owners are away and have some there to take care of them at night and in the mornings. I would care for pets in a clients home by taking them for daily walks and playing with them in the yard. I would also feed them based on their daily feeding schedule and clean up after them. I like to say that dogs love me as much as I love them :)

About: I have 2 years experience working at an animal shelter and now I’m currently an evening Manager/Office Assistant at a pet resort. I am cat and dog first aid and CPR certified! I have many clients that I work with outside of Rover. Seeing new dogs/cats coming in everyday each with different situations has helped so much with learning. I have done pet sitting for tropical fishes, bearded dragons, birds, a lobster, a rabbit, tree frogs, snakes and different types of dogs. I also can house sit/check up on cats. I’m very responsible and respectful and I’m always available through my phone with any questions or concerns you have about your pet. I hope you consider me as your pet sitter! Can’t wait to meet you and your fur baby! I work full time from 11am-8pm Monday-Friday. I prefer to do drop in visits before and after work. I can even stop by on lunch break. I make sure to make it a positive and safe environment for your pets. Before letting a dog out I check the yard, making sure that gates aren’t open and there’s nothing in the yard to harm them. About: Throughout my life, I’ve always had a special connection with animals, whether my dog, Sammy, who recently passed away or my extended family’s pets. I've grown to love, respect, care for, and learn with dogs and cats throughout the years. Whenever I would go to work in the morning or come home for the day, I will always have the responsibility to care for one’s world. I will constantly provide a safe and loving environment for your pet. I enjoy working out every day and would love to take your pup or cat (if it walks 😉) on a run/walk.
