I work M-F as a nurse but I’m usually done by 3:00 in the afternoon. I’ve found I really need something to do in my free time and I couldn’t think of anything better than taking care of some pets! As a nurse, safety is very important to me. I would use my days off to dedicate all my time to your pet, their happiness, and safety 😊

About: Hi I’m Jess! I’ve previously worked for petsmart and have owned pets all of my life! I’ve got experience as a bird owner for over 20 years with multiple types of birds. I have been a sitter for dogs of all sizes including a coon hound, pit mix, corgi, and a golden doodle. I’ve even made homemade dog food when necessary! I have also been a sitter for cats! I’m willing to get my hands dirty and am used to cleaning up for and bathing dogs in my home as well! I love the outdoors and walking dogs, so your dog will get plenty of outside time. There is a state park close to my home that I frequent. If you have other animals in your home like Guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, lizards, etc I can care for them too with my knowledge from working at Petsmart. Helping me will be my significant other who currently works for petsmart also. I’m an animal lover at heart and will take great care of your pet as if it were my own! I’m home 24/7 to care for your pet, with a very flexible open schedule. I have nothing but lots of time to devote to your pet. I have a safe apartment complex with other leashed dogs that are all friendly surrounding me. My home is smoke free and we don’t use aerosols or candles due to owning birds. Our birds are kept separate from your animals and your pet will be supervised and played with and let out for potty breaks and walks every hour or two.

Maurisa is the best dog boarding in the area. She’s kind and loving and sends lots of pictures and clearly loves and adores the pups while we take a vacation. This is the second time we’ve had the pleasure of getting her to board our two chihuahuas, and I recommend her if you’ve got precious fur babies. Kim took wonderful care of Ben while we were away! She sent lots of pictures and updates. He can be weird about eating at other houses and she worked with him and tried our tricks and he was fine. Chase was a great friend to play with. They had fun playing and just relaxing in her beautiful backyard!

Chris was wonderful with my 5 year old French bulldog. I was very hesitant initially to use rover as my dog is very needy and high energy. He would usually go to doggy daycare while we are away to keep him occupied. However, a recent back injury prevented him from going. I hired Chris with very short notice. She took exceptional care of my dog, sent lots of photos and updates while we were away. She even went out of her way to make arrangements to stay an additional day when our flight home was canceled. It was wonderful and reassuring knowing that my dog was getting such great care and attention while we were gone. I would rehire Chris to watch my dog again in a heartbeat!
We have used Bronwen many times to watch our small dog. Trixie runs out of the car to go see Bronwen on arrival and never looks back because she enjoys her time there so much. Bronwen lets her out in the yard, throws the ball for her, feeds her consistently, and has the perfect dog friendly house with lots of toys and windows to watch outside. She comes home tired but not exhausted. We highly recommend Bronwen.
