About: I’ve had dogs since I was a kid. Experience with giving medication to senior pets. I myself had my babies for almost 17 years before they crossed the rainbow bridge. Currently now I have a rescue Poodle/Bichon mix who loves to play with all dogs. He is trained. I’m able to provide same disciplined environment for your animals as well if that’s something you are looking for. Otherwise I’m certain they will get lots of play time with Benji as he loves to run around the back yard and play. I am currently a stay at home mom. I’m available any time and any day . I was full time as RN but started a family and for the immediate future I won’t be returning to work for awhile! I am home just about 24/7 with the occasional errand to run. We have a fenced yard. I have a large kennel and small kennel that can be used if you need your pet in crate under my care.

“My pups had a great time. Very professional setup, each dog has their own space, plenty of land to run and play, sitter sent updates and photos throughout stay, 10/10 experience. Thank you guys!”

“This was my first time using Rover and I picked the best sitter my pup Canelo could have ? Juliet communicated well, answered any question I had before his daycare, quick to respond, send me pictures and updates of my dog during daycare, I'm really pleased with the service and will definitely will be booking with Juliet again. I know he is in good hands ? ?”

“What a great sitter ! Very accommodating, communicative, flexible. Great property ! We love that maple got to explore and meet new fur friends! Also loved her to go snacks and send off polaroid. Would definitely recommend and would book again in a heartbeat if we ever pass through OKC again.”

“I have taken my dog to boarders in the past. She wasn't mistreated through these services, but, I also didn't feel the special attention that we got with Julie. Julie was an absolute delight for both my dog and myself. She notified me at intervals on how my dog was doing through using both pictures and short videos. She was extremely easy to work with from first point of contact to pick up. I will definitely use her services again if/when needed.”

About: My experience with pets stems from my childhood, when I was tasked with the responsibility to care for pets and neighborhood kids. Loving pets has been adopted as part of my nature; to share affection and attention with those that give their all to us. As I am currently working part-time, I am available to host and spoil your pet in a flexible manner. My partner also works from home so we are able to provide around the clock attention to your pup(s). We are able to board most of the time, and are always eager to expose our only son (dog) to new cousins. We are lucky in our humble home to offer a large spacious fenced in backyard that is very safe for your pets. Though it is important to note that there are steps leading to the front and backyard in case that is something your pet may need extra accessibility to. We are also lucky to live in a central area of downtown that is very pet friendly with walkable parks and trails nearby, and even dog friendly bars that are familiar with our dog-centered family. In the case that I were to visit your home, I have experience working as a home visitor in parenting support programs, and as always, honor the trust you share in allowing me in your space. I take that very seriously, and will treat your home as sacred as I treat your pets: with respect.

About: I've found, rescued, and adopted all kinds of animals since the age of four. Dogs, cats, ferrets, frogs, mice, hamsters, fish, frogs, crabs, snakes, turtles, lizards, rabbits, chickens, ducks, and other birds. I love nature; humans, plants, and animals but most of all animals. I currently only have one now with a human soul. If you'd like to know her name just ask me! She actually rescued me in February 2020, when the world was somewhat normal as we knew it. She's a huge blessing and saved me in my worst times. I'm thankful she found me and very grateful for her. I am way beyond lucky to have her! She is house broke, only chews on her toys, and is highly trained as well. She is kennel and leash trained for public and traveling purposes but usually is right by my side at home where I usually am. She also has obedience training and knows over 22 commands as well as non-verbal commands using our own custom sign language. I am available 24/7 anytime day or night. My work is at home and I usually sleep about seven hours each night. Plenty of play time! Two larger crates Two sets of bowls Five dog beds Variety of treats I take my baby girl out to my fenced and locked backyard about five to six times a day. There is an extra food and water bowl I keep in the backyard for their convenience. I prefer to only give them treats or chew toys / hides in my direct supervision incase any choking ever occurs. So far, that's never happened :) My baby girl loves dog and cat friends. She likes to cuddle inside and play outside. She loves kids and elderly people at my grandma's retirement center! She has several dog friends she sees on a regular basis that range from little Chihuahuas and Jack Russells to big Rottweilers! They all love eachother and play nicely without any incidents. My dog is very sweet natured towards other animals and people. I have a medium and a large crate incase they are doing too much playing and not enough eating/resting. If I notice one dog doesn't want to play but the other does and is constantly trying, but the other is getting annoyed I will separate them for a bit. Lol If your dog doesn't do well with crates just let me know. I can train them to be or we can just avoid them completely. Whichever suites you!

Rest assured that we will take great care of your pet so please don't worry and enjoy your vacation !!! We are a dog loving family that live in a single family house with our very friendly 1 year old Golden doodle girl. We live in a 1 acre lot so rest assure, your pups will have plenty of space to roam around I work from home so I get to spend all day with your dog; our daily routines vary between, playing at local dog parks, local trails or walking around our neighborhood. Once the kids get back from school they will play non-stop, snuggle and tend to all our guest dogs. Rest assured our home is a wonderful place to raise our puppy and care for other canine pals. Why we love dog sitting My wife and myself are both animal lovers and grew up with dogs. Most of our adult lives we either lived or cared for other people's pets. I've owned all types of breeds for more than 15 years. My history ranges from small dogs like yorkies and french poodles, to bigger sizes like alaskan malmute and shepherds. Our kids are picking up after our love to dogs and really enjoy helping us with taking care of pups. Wether it's feeding them, walking them or just snuggling, they will take care of your pups and make them feel part of our family! About our space We have a very large 1 acre fenced in back yard where pups are free to explore, play and roam around as they please during the day. We have plenty of space indoors for your pet to sleep either on a comfy dog bed, on a cool floor, on fluffy carpet, or a private dog crate; all dogs will sleep indoors. My experience administering medication Yes, both oral or injected. *Please Note: We ask for all DROP OFFs be between 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm and all PICK UP's be between 9:00 am - 11:00 0m. Please plan accordingly. This may require you to request an extra day to fit these hours. Thank you.* **We also ask for your dog to be housebroken before they can stay with us.** Usually we go for a long walk around the neighborhood in the morning and then go to one in the early evening. We usually let the dogs roam around the yard for a few hours but they are also welcome to stay indoors if they prefer. Since I work from home I am constantly looking after the pups needs. We have a fenced in yard to keep your fur baby safe and a friendly dog to keep them company. Our neighborhood has many places to walk dogs and there is a beautiful path along the water.

“This was Archie’s first time at any kind of daycare. I wanted him to go to play and get his energy out and he did just that at Amanda’s! She has a huge back yard for him to run around. She sent me pictures and videos throughout the day. It seemed like he had such a good time with her kids and dogs! He’ll be going back to Amanda’s regularly!”

“Genella was great with our dog Mica! She was incredibly kind and pleasant to speak with. We are so thankful to her for being able to welcome our girl into her home for the time needed! I highly recommend her. We will book again!”

“Could not have chosen a better sitter for our two little dogs. They do not adjust easily or quickly to new people or places. Yet, within half an hour we received photos of them just as happy and at home with Tiffany. We are so fortunate to have found her.”

About: "I've been caring for dogs and cats since I was 12 years old. I genuinely enjoy walking, playing with, and understanding what they’re trying to communicate. Years ago, I attended puppy training classes with my beloved German Shepherd, which taught me valuable training techniques that I continue to appreciate today." I'm currently working part-time so I have plenty of time for your beloved pet any day of the week! I can board them, do drop-in visits, doggy day care and walking. I have a fenced in large acre plus back yard for them to play and run in. Also, I have a large crate if needed for care.

About: I have been involved in the Basenji breed for 30 years and am an AKC Breeder of Merit of Basenjis. My dogs show quite successfully in conformation and participate in lure coursing and barn hunt among other things. I have also worked in the the Vet Med profession for about as long as I've been involved in Basenjis. The majority of my career has been in Emergency and Critical Care- first as a Technician and later as a Practice Manger- but I also spent a number of years in Day Practice where I was not only a Technician but also the Kennel Manager in charge of overseeing the boarding facility. I feel all these experiences, plus my day-to-day care and management of 20 horses, make me an excellent choice when you're looking for a person to entrust your furry family member with. I have the background to be able to recognize and deal with a medical emergency should one arise, while at the same time having the knowledge of what it takes to keep dogs happy and healthy in a clean and enriched environment. Steadfast Farm is a working farm. We raise critically endangered Hackney Horses and Select Hackney Sport Horses. As such, I am home every day pretty much 24/7 other than running the occasional errands or two. Working on the farm allows me to be very hands on with my boarding clients- I offer pick-up and delivery for example- and allows for your pets to have plenty of structured, well managed play time throughout the day. A general day looks like this: 7-8am wake up! Your pet is taken outside for potty and a quick play before breakfast. 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm depending on the weather, your pet will either get to spend time in one of the play yards or can hang out in the house with me for some games and enrichment. 6-7pm dinner time and another potty break. 10-11pm Final play and potty break. I have multiple safely fenced yards. The majority of the fencing is 6' privacy fence and/or 6' no climb wire. Each yard has shade available as well as enrichment activities like swimming pools (weather permitting) and designated dig spots. There are also 2 smaller pens inside 2 of the yards for toy breeds and young puppies. These pens also have shade available and enrichment opportunities. The perimeter of the area surrounding the house and yards where the dogs are kept is also fenced with a combination of 6' chain link and 6' pipe and welded wire horse fencing. Inside the house, dogs are kept in size appropriate crates (or in playpens if they prefer) when they are not outside playing or loose in the house with me. Coming soon- I will be offering private cottages for dogs who will be more comfortable in a home like setting without other dogs. The cottages will be furnished with a dog bed and comfy chair and a TV for watching DogTV. The cottages will be temperature controlled and have a doggy door for access during the day to a private, covered outdoor run. I am a certified Games Based trainer as well so I can offer additional training for your dog while they are boarding. Concept training/Games Based training is science based, Positive Reinforcement training used by Veterinary Behaviorists, leading professional trainers, and international dog sport participants with outstanding results! Plus it's fun for you and your dog!! I also have extensive experience in isolation protocols and am very conscientious about cleaning and sanitizing yards and kennels throughout the day. With the current outbreak of an as yet unknown canine disease- this becomes hugely important. All dogs booking stays will be evaluated for risk of exposure prior to finalizing reservations as it is important to me all dogs remain healthy while staying at Steadfast Farm.

Austin L.
“Me and my family took a trip to New York for a couple weeks and Austin looked after our dog named Reicher. He is a Rottweiler mix and is close to 100 lbs. When we rescued him as a pup he had been hit by a car and had several broken bones. He got the surgeries he needed and you can barely tell he had any now. He requires special medication now that needs to be given to him daily. While Austin sitted Reicher for those two weeks he kept food and fresh water in his bowl, gave him his medicine daily, and took him outside to potty and play every couple hours. He made best friends with Austin's sweet staffy. They both love eachother. He also sent pictures frequently updating us on how our Reicher was doing. He also mentioned we could FaceTime him by phone, Duo, Skype, or Zoom if we wish to visit our dog live. I would highly recommend Austin if you're looking for somebody to not just sit your pet but attend to them physically, mentally, and socially.”

Patricio A.

“Pat and his wife Inna are amazing and friendly people. Their spacious house and backyard are perfect for dogs of all sizes and breeds :)) I witnessed how much this couple cares about their own dog (Laika- German Shepard) and other people's dogs they sit. Pat and Inna play with them, walk them in the park next to their house and treat them as part of the family :)) Good Job Pat and Inna!!!!”
