“Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful..... they always take fantastic care of our golden retriever! Communication is always prompt and her pictures she shares are the best!”

“Our pet was treated like one of the family! I was sent photos daily and had absolutely no concerns about how my dog was doing while we were gone. I would definitely use them again!”

“Absolutely great stay for my Labrador retriever Jake. Stephanie was very easy to work with and I can tell Jake had a good time and was very well taken care of. I will definitely be letting Jake stay there again anytime we’re out of town.”

“Absolutely amazing experience! She accepted our last-minute booking without hesitation and made the entire process stress-free. We got regular updates and lots of pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Our dog was clearly well cared for, happy, and loved on the whole time. Reliable, communicative, and genuinely caring — we would absolutely book again and highly recommend!”

“This was the first time Billie Jo watched our dog. It was just over one night, but Billie Jo was very kind and accommodating. She was great with our large dog, adjusting her care to match his needs and routines. I appreciated her flexibility and caring demeanor very much, as well as the regular photos and updates she sent. I would recommend Billie Jo and will use her again next time we need a sitter!”

“My dogs live it at her house. They always come home content and rested. They even want to stay with Gloria. Her pick up service really took out the stress of my trip. She is so accommodating and helpful.”

“I was afraid my doggies wouldn't wanna come home, they had such a good time! Lyndsey was great and sent me multiple pictures each day. definitely will use her again in the future”

“Kallie was very sweet and used good judgement when exposing my old girl to her pups. Pippa was very content and happy at pickup. I would recommend Kallie to watch your pup 🐶”

“Trina was amazing with Kane! He got a nose bleed, while I was on vacation, and he was in her care. She immediately notified me that night and promptly took him 40 minutes away to his vet; which actually saved his life! The vet said he probably wouldn't have made it until his appointment that next Monday! Honestly,I thought it was probably like a human and no big deal. I was wrong. He was recovering from a few things(which she and the vet knew all about the situation) I'm glad I did talk to the vet prior since she had to take him in. I would trust Trina with any of my fur babies! She was amazing and honestly did save my dogs life. She had to make that 40-60 minute drive twice for us! She was a great choice and a God send. I almost left him with my 19 year old who didn't go. I'm SOOOO glad I didn't! Thank you Trina! You will Alessia be my dog sitter!”

“Katie was very flexible with times and even let us add an extra night last minute! I felt good leaving our puppy with her!! He wasn't fully housetrained and she still was okay with him. She sent us pictures which was also really great!! We would use her again for sure!”

“Heather and her family were wonderful! Our two pitties can be a handful and Heather met all their challenges with understanding and great ideas to keep them safe and happy while we traveled. We would highly recommend Heather!!!”

About: I was an accredited dog trainer with Petsmart. Now I am a veterinary assistant in school to be a veterinary technician. I have kennel experience and I foster dogs from rescues and shelters. I begin my new job July 6th so I am open to board/house sit/train. I will be working 8am-5pm at the local animal shelter as the veterinary assistant. So I can also train dogs after work. I was the dog trainer at Petsmart I also worked home health care for many years. I was a cna for 16 years prior to switching to dog training. I had a change of heart and decided to change to the career I wanted to do the most which was work with dogs. I am a dog trainer and we can do in home training or meet at the park for training. No flexi leads we can use a 20 foot training leash if having room to run is an issue for you.
“Can’t say enough good about our experience with Cody and Rachael. You could tell immediately their genuine compassion for our pup. Their communication with us was excellent, including multiple pictures and updates while we were out of town, giving us great peace of mind. They picked our pup up at the house when they said they would and dropped him off all the same looking happy, healthy, and smelling great! Will absolutely be using them again in the future. Thank you again Cody and Rachael for an all around great experience!”
“we were hesitant leaving our very active puppy with anybody, but Aric was able to answer all our questions and quickly! After booking and then showing up, our puppy had thrown up as we pulled into the driveway, Aric and his wife were extremely kind and cleaned the mess for us! They were great! They checked in and sent updates as asked throughout the week. We would definitely book with them again!”

“Paul & Julie were amazing, such great people! They gave many photo and text updates throughout my pups’ stay and i could tell how well they took care of them just based off how relaxed they were when i came to pick them up! They looked right at home. I can’t recommend Paul and Julie enough!”

“She was great! She communicated well and was very accommodating when I needed her to keep Eris a little longer at the last minute. I really appreciate her flexibility and would definitely recommend her!”

“Alexa did a great job watching my dog for me while I was out of town for my birthday. She sent pictures of her and comforted her during a thunderstorm. Alexa was great communicating on the app and giving updates throughout the week!”

“Elizabeth is absolutely AMAZING!!! We had a last minute change of plans and needed to board our pups over thanksgiving and she was quick to respond and accept the reservation. She not only came out to greet us, she helped me get both dogs and their things out of the car. Throughout the week she sent us constant updates of their shenanigans with both cute and funny pictures of them. I asked for a specific photo of one dog for instagram and she did a whole little photo shoot! Pretty much every day she took them to the greenway down the road for 1-2 mile walks and even helped work on their leash manners. If you need your dog boarded with someone you know you can trust, book with Elizabeth. We will be using her every time we go back to the mountains!!!”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
