About: Animals have been my whole life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was always the one taking care of our pets, and I’ve had dogs, cats, and all kinds of other animals over the years. Even a squirrel! I’ve also spent years pet sitting and dog walking for friends, family & collègues. Whenever someone needs help with their pets, I am usually the first person they call. I genuinely enjoy getting to know animals and their different personalities! I’ve always been involved in helping animals however I can. Back when I was in school, I organized donation drives for local shelters and volunteered my time there. I also help build shelters for stray cats in the winter for a few consecutive years now! About: I have experience with cats with health issues and giving medications. My 18 yr old has CKD and a few other issues he gets supplements for that keep him going. I have volunteered with cats at an animal shelter and helped with dog adoption events as a dog handler. My schedule is very open at the moment so I'm available for whatever is needed. I have 3 cats so I do need to be home several times a day to care for them. My cats are indoor only but I take my 18 year old out on a leash on walks around the yard, but he mostly prefers to be carried. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
