“In short, Kate went Above and Beyond for us - and Rio! You Definitely cannot go wrong with her!! Two neighbors have already asked for her contact information, since they saw her walking our dog multiple times a day, every day while I was gone! (One neighbor even texted WHILE I was gone!) And they don’t even know the Whole Story!! For detailed perspective, Kate accepted our unconventional dog sitter need - which was caring for our 2 year old male Collie so I could go help my 95-year old mother pack for a move… However, the unconventional part was that my husband would be home! But, due to some medical issues, he couldn’t handle our dog’s care. When Kate met us, she suggested arriving the night before my departure. We agreed. When she arrived, she immediately began helping with Rio, who instantly loved her! By the time I left for the airport the next morning, everything and everyone, furry and human, were under control. Kate introduced Rio to early morning walks, instead of just being let out in our Invisibly-Fenced yard… he was Thrilled! She also carefully prepared Rio’s food, following a plan to transition him to a special kibble for food allergy challenges. She even got him to eat WITHOUT being hand-fed (long story!) - and sent photo evidence! Everything seemed to be going fine - UNTIL my husband failed to follow his medication instructions! After a scary night-on only the 2nd night I was gone!- my husband ended up in the hospital! Kate proved what a caring and compassionate person she is by her response to this crisis. Her texts, calls, and overall communication, helped me rally the family and to get my husband the help he needed! Additionally, once my husband got to the hospital, Kate stayed on to care for our dog, which allowed me to continue my trip - helping my elderly mother pack and prepare to move. Kate even made time to do a lot of extra things to help my return go smoothly - like cleaning, organizing, laundry, cooking and baking! After everything that happened, Kate even says that she’s willing to sit for us again!! Kate is a gem - an angel! - an amazing human! (Or any superlative of your choice!) and provided unparalleled love and stability to our dog - and our family - through a challenging time! If you read this whole review, you’ll probably understand that you literally CANNOT go wrong by hiring this Amazing Woman!”

About: I’ve cared for my own dog for the past 10 years and have always been great with pets! Yours will be showered with lots of love and attention! I’m a first year med student and while my schedule is busy, I’m generally pretty flexible. I have lots of control over my study/class schedule for most of the week, and can take care of your pets when you need. I have a grass yard and am more than happy to take pets on lots of walks. I am also happy to watch your pets from your home, so they don’t have to switch environments.

About: I have my own small business which specializes in house and pet sitting. I come with several recommendations from cats to dogs and it is my personal goal to make their experience whilst away from you pleasurable and enjoyable! Along with this I have used the dog walking app Wag for over two years! I have an Australian shepherd of my own so I am not afraid of timid or high energy animals! I currently work through opportunities such as these and run a small business of my own house sitting and dog sitting. I am a student but available at almost all times of the day or night! I have a fenced in yard and a small 2 bedroom home. I almo have a very friendly aussie who has been constantly exposed to both dogs and cats her whole life, (though i think she may prefer the company of cats) and works very well with others! I keep my home extremely clean as a house keeper and pride myself in making sure your pet is safe and secure.

About: I've been around dogs my whole life, I currently have 2 large dogs, I walk them, feed them, play with them, and keep an eye on them, I am a bit new to this as I have been only pet sitting for one couple for a year. I'm currently looking for a job so I will be available Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat, Unless something comes up in which i will let you know At Clients Home I will follow the owner's instructions regarding feeding, walking, play, and medication. I will maintain cleanliness, avoid damage to property, and follow any house rules you provide. I will keep you updated on your pet's well-being through messages, photos, or calls. I will learn the location of emergency supplies and vet contacts in case of any issues. I will make sure doors, gates, and any pet-accessible areas are secure to prevent accidents or escapes.
