Alainnah has been such a life saver. She’s super reliable and consistent with watching our doggos during the work week. She also went the extra mile when my puppy was a little sick one time. She truly cares about our dogs and is great at communicating everything with us, so we know everything they are doing/getting themselves into. :) I highly recommend Alainnah and am so grateful for all of her help.

About: I have been caring for my own pets for seven years, as well as helping others with their pets. I have three very well behaved dogs of my own! I really enjoy going for walks so bringing a new friend would be awesome! I am a full time student at UCC, and work part time at planet fitness on the weekends. I am almost always available in the evening. I provide my pets with the food and water they need, bathe and groom them regularly, go on walks and to the dog park and they are maintained with their vaccinations. I love animals very much so I also give them lots of love!

About: Compassionate, communicative, safety focused and respectful of my clients and their buddies of all different shapes and sizes! not to mention we live in such a beautiful part of the world and dogs just make it so much better to share with! I can be the good guy or the stern guy, all depends on the situation and the needs of your babies! I’m a merchandiser for a well known pet food company so well versed in animal nutrition. My dogs dabble in Top Dog events here and there so I’m definitely well versed in the challenges of some breeds and I’ve also been a house/animal sitter (all types of animals large and small) pretty solidly for the last few years with Trusted Housesitters. I have 5⭐️ reviews for all of my sits, repeat sits and more importantly life long friendships with my clients and their animals. Let’s just say that I have a ton of furry nieces and nephews 🤣 I’m taking the plunge with ROVER to keep active, to continue my flexible income goals and to support my stupidly expensive fishing habit. But all jokes aside this is ridiculously serious to me because it’s a nightmare when you can’t take a holiday or travel or focus on work because you don’t have the trust or faith that your pets will be cared for at the same level as you do. A few years of Veterinary Tech and Grooming work gives me a fairly mature and solid base of animal husbandry practices and procedures that is always an asset as well as SO MUCH LOVE and APPRECIATION that we get to be loved back by all the critters! Pet care encompasses every waking hour because I’m a dog mom of three! In saying that I can’t afford the perfect life of hanging out with my dogs 24/7 although I keep trying! I’m super flexible with my job. No set hours so whatever suits your pets needs/schedule works for me! Socializing, insane nature walks, or sitting at a picnic table or bench just taking it all in and reflecting, because you 💯 know that our pets are the masters of reflection and taking it all in❤️Flexibility and open mindedness makes everyone’s life better. I don’t offer my home for boarding but we do live on 10 acres of property that is full of madrone trees, creeks, challenging terrain or relaxing flat logging roads for an epic leg stretch! Every animal is different and has their own individual needs and wants so once we assess those we can create a program that will be pure stoke for your pet! I’m an outdoorsy chick who is always scouting for fish so my walks are generally planned around a watershed for the most part. One thing that I can promise you is that there’s a good chance your pet will be pretty pumped to see me again🫶 Your home=your rules🤙

About: Hi, I'm Dani. Thank you for considering me to take care of your fur-friends while you're away; as a lover of all things furry and a pet owner myself, I understand that this can be a big decision! I hope that learning a little bit about me will help you feel confident and happy with your decision to entrust me with the privelege of caring for your precious pets. How I started: I am a veteran pet caretaker, having started my journey as a private dog-walker and as a pet care worker at a large commercial boarding kennel. I intended at first to work in the pet care field for only a short time after college, but soon found that I just didn't want to do anything else. I was soon doing in-home care for dogs and cats of all breeds, temperaments, and ages. My main source of work now is as a professional dog trainer, which is my heart's mission in this world. I take the so-called "easy" cases (puppies, obedience, etc) as well as the "hard" cases (aggression, behavior problems, serious anxiety), and I love doing both. All animals need an advocate. My training experience over the past 7 years or so has really honed my sense of what animals are "saying" and my ability to hear them when they tell us what they need; as such, I can care for animals with a variety of temperaments and behavioral needs. I love each pet in my care as though they're my own - because that's truly how I feel, but also because that's what I would want for my dog. It's important to me to respect each animal, each owner, and each family, and to give each pet care that feels as close to the loving care you yourself provide as is possible. When working with me you can be assured that your pet will be in caring, gentle hands. As a self-employed dog trainer, my schedule is flexible. I can take only a limited number of certain types of services. Please reach out to discuss your needs with me in more detail, and I will be happy to accommodate any of your schedule needs to the best of my ability. As a veteran pet caretaker, I understand that I have the capacity to improve your pet's wellbeing while you work or travel. Quality of care is very important to me, and I aim to meet each pet's physical, emotional, and mental needs as fully as possible. This will vary quite a bit by pet, which is one place that my extensive experience in a variety of care settings comes in handy. I also try to provide concise but insightful, detail-rich updates to owners. This is important to me partly because this is what I personally prefer when leaving my pet in someone's care, but also because good communication between us can help us identify if your pet is anxious, confused (for example if they're not used to your absence), or even sick.

About: I have grown up with dogs, raising all of them from puppies (starting at 10 weeks). I also worked for four summers at a dog daycare with dogs of all ages and breeds. At work, I learned how to perform basic grooming procedures, worked with many dietary plans and restrictions, and handled medications. I have also volunteered with shelter dogs and cats with various behaviors and needs. I currently work 4 day weeks, but I have ample free time on my days off I have included in my calendar. Let me know how I can best fit your pet’s needs. I have a dog of my own who is very timid and territorial, so I do not offer services in at my own place. However, I will treat your fur babies with the same love as my own.

About: Greeting, My name is Helen. I’ve recently completed my contract in the military. During my time in the service I spent time caring for my colleagues dogs (I do love cats, but I’m allergic) and found myself actually branching out to others when they needed someone to watch their babies. I grew up always having a dog in our family, and know how important they are as family members. Their unconditional love is something I’ve always cherished, and it would be my joy and honor to care for your fur babies whenever. My schedule is flexible, and I am available often. It’s really not a hardship spending time with loving pups. I do have experience with pets that have special needs. I look forward to hearing from you and your fur members.

About: Since kindergarten, I’ve always had a canine best friend. I can’t imagine life without one! At 15, I fell in love with my first feline companion, and now I can’t imagine life without either. The companionship that animals bring is precious, and that’s why I treat all my clients with the care and love they deserve. My fur family currently includes my dog Beatrice and my two cats, Callie and Fiona. I have over 5 years of experience working as a dog kennel attendant. My passion for animal care continues to grow, and I’m excited to start providing personalized care for other pets in their own homes. I understand that some animals, especially smaller or older dogs and cats, feel more comfortable staying at home rather than in a boarding facility. In 2023, I adopted a senior dog named Becca and had the joy of caring for her for two wonderful years. I was able to arrange for my grandma to watch her while I was away, which allowed Becca to stay on her routine and feel safe and comfortable. Experiences like this have strengthened my understanding of the importance of individualized care. I know every pet is unique and deserves individualized care. I have experience administering medication to both dogs and cats, and I take the time to learn each pet’s personality, preferences, and routines. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet and discovering what makes them happy and comfortable. With patience, dedication, and love, I am confident I can provide excellent care and companionship for your furry family members. I also love keeping owners updated with photos and messages so you can see your pet happy and comfortable while you’re away. I currently have full availability! I’m ready to accommodate your pet care needs. I am wanting to provide walks, multiple drop-ins, house sitting, or just longer daytime care depending on your pet’s needs. For drop-in visits and house sitting, my priority is making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for in their familiar environment. I will carefully follow your pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, litter box cleaning, potty breaks and waste cleanup, playtime, medication (if needed), and any specific instructions you provide. I understand how important trust is when welcoming someone into your home. I treat every home with respect, keep things clean and secure, and provide updates with photos so you can feel confident and connected while you’re away. My goal is to create a calm, positive experience for your pet while maintaining the safety and comfort of both your home and your furry family member. For dog walking, safety and enjoyment are my top priorities. I have experience walking dogs of all sizes and personalities, from energetic pups to calm seniors. I always use proper leash control and monitor dogs closely to ensure they aren’t experiencing any stress or discomfort. I will make sure to ask if there’s anything specific I should know about walking your dog, like a favorite route or type of walk. I would also love to provide updates and photos during walks so you can feel confident your dog is happy and well cared for while you’re away.

About: My top priority is always the well-being and happiness of your pets. Growing up with dogs, I've given them unconditional love, affection, and dedicated care, making them my number one focus. I’ve thrown them birthday birthday parties, given them daily walks, organized doggy playdates and visits to the dog park, and taken them on hiking and coast trips to create lasting memories. In addition to providing love and companionship, I’ve trained my dogs in everything from potty training and behavioral improvement to leash manners and more. I’m also passionate about giving back; I actively volunteer at Saving Grace Animal Shelter, where I assist with walking, socialization, and ensuring each animal feels comfortable and loved. I take special care to give them time to go potty, play to burn off energy, and even take them on fun field trips to enrich their lives. Your pets will receive the same level of love, attention, and dedication that I’ve always strived to provide, because they deserve nothing less. I'm currently taking a class at UCC on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12-2 pm. However, I’m available before or after those times, and with boarding, I can accommodate after class on Fridays and weekends. I’m flexible and happy to work around your schedule, so just let me know what works best for you, and we’ll find the perfect plan together! I have a secure, fenced yard, doggy bowls, treats, leashes, and extra beds to keep your furry friend comfortable. If your dog has a tendency to chew, no worries! My home is fully dog-proofed, ensuring nothing gets left out or damaged. I offer a variety of services including dog walking, in-home pet sitting, overnight boarding, doggy daycare, and pet taxi services for vet visits, groomers, and more. Your pet's comfort and safety are my top priorities!

About: I have been taking care of my friend's and family's pets for over 20 years. Oh my gosh! So many dogs and cats over the years, even a bird! I am committed to animal health and welfare. I am excited to bring my strong pet care history to folks that need extra help. Right now I am available Mondays and Tuesdays. I work Wednesday thru Sunday at a local boutique. I can do early walks and evenings, too. I am mainly looking for dog walking opportunities but I do have a fenced yard. I definitely would adhere to what the pet owner prefers. I do tend to be a cautious person, so a leash is the golden standard!

About: It’s been rough - three rainbow bridge trips in short order. I need more time before I go down that road again, but in the meantime, I will happily love your dog (or cat, or parrot, or lizard, or...?) as if s/he were my own. I have a special fondness for seniors and special needs, but I’m game for anything. And, who doesn’t like puppies and an in-the-prime-of-lifer?? Ornery, shy, suspicious, or complicated personalities happily embraced. I am patient and sensitive to the fact that some animals need lots of closeness and reassurance while others need their space. I’m willing to work to earn their trust and set appropriate boundaries to earn yours. The pet and owner and I will work together to set the terms of our relationship, and I promise to be a most excellent guardian catering to each individual’s needs. My most consistent regular obligation is a daily trip to the barn to take care of my horse, but if needed, I have alternate coverage. I try to keep my presence low profile while I’m there. I appreciate the trust that comes with visiting in someone else’s home. When you come home, it’s nice for everyone if you can barely tell I was there.
