About: I've had a dog in my family all my life. They truly are our best friends. They deserve the best care, love, and attention we can give. I'm currently retired, so I have an open schedule. I am reasonably flexible and should be able to work with most client's pet's special needs. I have a big yard with open surrounding pasture. Currently, I don't have closed fencing. I let my dog, Duke, go outside without leash under my supervision. As is dogs nature, I like to allow him his sniffing time. Also, he loves to burn off energy playing keep away with his favorite toys/sticks. He is amiable to other dog friends. He is crate trained and there would be a crate available, if needed, for a friend's visit.

About: I currently work with a local rescue and have worked with rescues for two years now due to my love for animals! I foster dogs of any age as well. I am currently a stay at home mom so I would be able to spend endless amounts of time with your babies!! I have two small children as well who are well versed with dogs and are used to being around them. I have one furry baby of my own and almost always have a foster dog in my home as well. Your pet is welcome to stay in our home the same as they do in yours, whether that’s crated at night, on their dog bed, etc.

About: My first pet was a black lab when I was 5 years old. Ever since then, I’ve owned a few kinds of animals. My first sitting/boarding experience was when I was 18. I took care of two Rottweilers and one chocolate lab for a year until my friend got her own place. I have two black labs here at home. A male named Jefe (Boss) and a female named Lovey. They're sweethearts and have been great with every dog they’ve come across. Your dogs will be well taken care of. Puppies, elderly, and every doggo in between! Typically, I’m only available afternoons, evenings, and weekends, but my schedule is open right now. I’m home every day of the week doing homework and attending my online classes :) Your pet will be staying in my home (minimal furniture and very few things to knock over) or in my fenced-in backyard. My neighborhood has sidewalks that I like to stroll on, and we have two parks nearby. The only other person living with me is my girlfriend, and I have two black labs with their own indoor living space. My dogs can be kept in their room and outdoors if your visit requires it. :)

About: I’ve taken care of dogs both full time and part time since I was around 14. I was the sole caregiver for my previous dog (American Staffy) for 4 years as well as pet sitting for family. I’m currently home from college and work from home, so I am able to give your pets plenty of attention and care. I’m also an active person who loves outside. I have a fenced in backyard as well as a very walkable neighborhood with ponds and trails. If needed, I also have a crate available.

About: I’ve had and cared for my own dogs most of my life, and now that I’m retired and live alone, I truly enjoy meeting and spending time with new pups. I love getting to know all their unique personalities—it’s one of the best parts of what I do! Their company and the feeling of being needed keep me young, and I genuinely enjoy having someone to care for. I’ve been with Rover on and off for over 5 years, occasionally taking breaks due to health reasons, but my love and passion for animals has never changed. I’m always happy to send updates and photos while you’re away, if you’d like. I do have a small chiweenie named Bella who is also a senior citizen. She’s sweet, quiet, and doesn’t have an aggressive bone in her chunky little body. She’s never had any issues with other dogs—even larger ones—and is happy to share her space. Rest assured, I’ll care for your baby as if they were my own. 🐾❤️ I’m available full-time and very flexible with scheduling, since I no longer work. I’m happy to provide care at whatever time or date works best for you—just give me about three days’ notice so I can plan accordingly. From time to time, I do watch my son’s three grand-pups, but I always try to block those dates out in advance so there’s no overlap or confusion. Your pet’s comfort and safety are always my top priority! I do want to be fully transparent—I live in a trailer in a quiet trailer park, which unfortunately isn’t an option to select on Rover (they only allow “home,” “apartment,” or “farm”). While my neighborhood might seem a little rough around the edges, I promise it’s much friendlier than it looks. All of my neighbors are senior citizens and truly some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. My best friend lives next door and helps keep an eye on my little one if I ever need to step out for errands or groceries, so your dog will always be safe and looked after. I also have a fully fenced-in backyard and typically leave the back door open so dogs can go in and out as they please. That said, if you prefer your pup stays inside and is only let out for potty breaks, I’m more than happy to follow your routine. Your dog’s comfort and safety are always my top priorities. 🐾❤️

About: As a husband and wife team, your pet gets double the love and supervision. We’re attentive, patient, and committed to following your pet’s routine the best we can to make them feel comfortable, just like at home My wife Sore works from home, so she’s here most days. You can be at peace knowing your pet(s) will get lots of attention, cuddles, potty breaks, and playtime! We have a big fenced yard for security and a nice deck for sunbathing! There’s plenty of room for exercise, if your pup enjoys the outdoors.

About: I've had all kinds of pets from dogs, cats, horses, goats, to even emus! and the list goes on! I will make your pets feel loved and safe while their owners are away! My schedule is flexible! I would be available to care for your pet and or pets at various times for different days of the week. Making sure your pets feel loved and safe is my top priority. I prefer detailed instructions letting me know the best way to take care of your pets.

About: I allow dogs in my fenced yard every morning, then I walk my dogs for a short stroll. After breakfast, its off the the dog park so the dogs can runs, play & socialize with other dogs! Back at my house, the dogs can relax on front or back porch, or play in the fenced yard. Small dog prefer to hang out with me in the house, take a nap or enjoy looking out the window at the neighbor’s cat. My availability is flexible since I only work part time. My husband comes home for dinner & he loves dogs too. Weekends are typically spent enjoying the back yard. We have chickens in a separate fenced in area. My dogs love looking at them through the fence.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since the young age of 10 and have always been an animal lover of all animals and have owned several dogs. I have always trained my own from potty training, crate training, to shaking hands, and have always done amazing with them. I’ve rescued several animals and strays. I absolutely love all fur babies and enjoy taking them on hikes and would love to take your fur baby on a hike or to play fetch. I work a full time job Monday-Wednesday with having a very short work day on Thursdays. I always have the spare time throughout my off days and will be able to take good care of your fur babies at all times. I have a huge yard with one fur baby that could keep yours company. My fur baby is friendly and would love to have a play date. I also can easily crate your animal if i ever needed to do so.

About: I’ve had dogs throughout my entire life, but currently I have a 7 year old golden retriever I treat like my child! I’ve always trained all of my dogs myself and participated in many safety training classes regarding training. I am currently in graduate school and unemployed, so mostly it’s just me and my golden at home most days, so I have plenty of spare time to help in your pet’s care! I am open to boarding and house sitting, but also happy to do drop-ins or just walks! I have a big fenced in yard and a sweet golden who loves making new friends to keep your pup company! About: I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was a child. I'm great with rescue animals and any pets with special needs. I love taking dogs for walks and playing with them. I will need an emergency contact and vet reference. (Last minute bookings happen, I am willing to work around this for this purpose, just reach out to me) 💉 Health & Vaccinations For everyone’s safety, all dogs should be up to date on rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. Please also make sure your pup is free of fleas/ticks and not showing signs of illness. ⏰ Drop-Off & Pick-Up I’m flexible, but I try to keep drop-offs and pick-ups within agreed time windows so the day stays smooth and predictable for the dogs. If you’re running late, no worries — just let me know! If at any point I can not get ahold of you, this will result in me reaching out to Rover Support or possibly Animal Control (depending on the situation) 🍽️ Food, Treats & Supplies Please bring enough food for the whole stay, plus any medication with simple instructions. Just tell me your preference. 📅 Cancellations & Holidays I follow Rover’s cancellation policy and keep things fair, but holiday bookings may fill up fast, so early scheduling helps! When doing Drop ins or walks, if you are outside of a 5 mile radius, a small fee will have to be added for the distance traveled. Each day starts with morning walks and potty breaks, followed by supervised playtime and socialization. Midday is quiet time for rest and meals, with afternoon walks, and play. Evenings include dinner, potty breaks, and calm activities to help dogs wind down. Overnight, I monitor boarding dogs to ensure they’re safe and comfortable. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a clean, secure, and loving environment where your furry friend can feel at home. All interactions are supervised, and I make sure playtime is safe and stress-free. I follow any specific instructions you provide for feeding, medications, or routines to ensure your pet’s well-being. I believe trust is earned, which is why I maintain open communication with owners throughout their pet’s stay or visit. You’ll receive updates, photos, and messages so you can see how your pet is doing in real-time. My home is pet-friendly, calm, and structured, offering plenty of space for exercise, rest, and fun. I strive to create a positive experience that leaves your pet happy, healthy, and eager to come back.
