“So thankful for Ashley & Her family, they took great care of our pup. We were so nervous leaving him for the first time but after dropping him off we knew he was in great hands, she provided much appreciate photos and updates throughout the several days. We wouldn’t hesitant to leave our puppy with them again in the future!”

“Sarah and her family were the best dog care I could ask for! Sarah was super communicative and so understanding when I had to extend Henry’s stay last minute. Highly highly recommend and Henry will definitely be returning!”

“This was my first time using Rover and I was really nervous leaving Henry with someone I didn’t know. Thank goodness I found Gabrielle. From the very first conversation she put all my concerns at ease. My main request was to love Henry and treat him like her own. Everyday she sent me pictures and. Videos of Henry running and playing in her backyard with her pups. Henry literally had a smile on his face in all of the pictures. Gabrielle made everything so easy and worry free. I never had to ask about Henry because she was on top of giving me updates. Henry had so much fun he slept for two days after leaving her house. Henry and I can’t wait to use Gabrielle again. I highly recommend!!”

“Fantastic experience! Tasha and her family went above and beyond! They treated our dog like family. She sent pictures and updates throughout the stay. Could not be more pleased! Would absolutely recommend Tasha! We will use her again!!!”

“Amanda kept my 2 year old dog. This is the first time we were ever separated and she did great! Amanda had other dogs for her to play with and I think that helped. Amanda knows what she’s doing! We will be calling her again when needed.”

About: Hi! I’m Andrew. I grew up with dogs and now care for them through Rover because I genuinely miss having one around every day. I provide a safe, clean home with a fenced yard, lots of playtime, walks, and plenty of updates while you’re away. I treat every dog like they’re my own. Side note, I do have a cat but she is an outside cat. I’m currently working 5am-1pm but I will be switching to night shifts around the end of July 2026, those shifts will be 3-11, 4-12pm. I also work right down the road so I don’t mind taking a lunch and running home to take out the pup for a potty break. I have a fenced yard, an upstairs and downstairs with a doggy gate leftover from our last dog, plenty of waste bags and dog leashes and some leftover toys. It is a very comfortable clean house.
“Ollie and Chief loved their stay with Natalie and her family! Ollie got to play with Natalies dog Rocky and get some of his energy out. Natalie was able to take care of Chiefs senior dog needs (like his diapers!) and treated the dogs as her own. We will definitely use her again in the future since she took such great care of our fur babies!”

“Tank And Chopper loved staying with Diane and her kids. She was amazing at sending up pictures and daily updates on them. I would recommend her to anyone looking for amazing care for their fur babies.”

“Rebecca and Pippa were great with my pup Harlow! She felt comfortable as soon as she met both of them. Rebecca was wonderful about being flexible with our changing travel plans and was very communicative and responsive. Would definitely recommend and use again! Thanks Rebecca and Pippa! :)”

“Our dogs’ 4th stay with Steven and family. They will always be our first choice! We continue to be amazed by them. They provide a great environment and I am sure our dogs absolutely love the attention from the children. They take excellent care and provide continuous photo updates throughout the stay. We feel very fortunate to have found Steven and family and are also grateful that they genuinely enjoy watching our dogs. We can tell that our dogs also enjoy them.”

“I could not have picked a better couple to take care of my best friend! They were not only loving and playful with Parks, they truly cared about what I mentioned to be her wants and needs. I have only traveled without her a handful of times (3 times at 16 years old is not an exaggeration). Donna made her comfortable, safe and loved. She cared for her knowing being apart was difficult for both of us. I would definitely use them again. I am even thinking of day care a few times a week, since she liked the interaction with other dogs to play with as she had 2 labs and another chihuahua that all past over10 years ago. I never considered how lonely she might be, because she never leaves my side!”

“Savannah was great! She is so sweet and good with animals. She gave my high energy Australian Shepherd puppy lots of enrichment, and he had a lot of fun. She also gave my cat a safe quiet space so she was comfortable during her stay as well. She was also very responsive and sent plenty of updates and photos, so I knew my animals were in good hands. I would highly recommend Savannah, and I would definitely book again!”

About: One of my biggest strengths as a pet sitter is my high energy and fun loving personality. I genuinely enjoy being active, whether that means long walks and jogs or playing fetch for half an hour. Whether your pet wants to cuddle on the couch or burn off energy with playtime, I'm happy to match their pace and make sure they feel safe and happy while you're away. I'm out the door Monday- Friday from 0730 to approx. 1600. I could walk/run/feed your pets in the morning prior to then and anytime after I'm home from work. Saturday and Sunday I am very flexible :) I have two cats that I will keep upstairs to give your pet the privacy and space on the first floor when boarding. I live in a townhouse with a small front and backyard but would most likely be walking/ jogging around the block with your doggo if boarding.

“Carey was an amazing sitter! She was responsive, open, and very attentive to my “Velcro-dog” that requires attention all the time. She updated me with pictures during my time away, and her whole family was very kind and loving to him. I absolutely will be booking with her in the future!”

“Beatrice was amazing! We had never left our Oliver for more than a few days so we were very nervous. Beatrice kept us updated and gave us peace of mind. Oliver played all day every day with her two dogs. We could not be happier with Beatrice and the entire experience. We will absolutely book her again.”

“Samantha is a very loving person and a true animal and especially dog lover! She took really good care of our dog Nugget, she followed all our instructions and she was sending us updates and photos everyday and two to three times per day, something that was such a relief for us. Her dogs became friends with our Nugget and they ended up sleeping all together! We are truly recommend Samantha and we will definetely choose her again in the future!”

“Haley and her sweet daughter entertained my puppy really well during a short stay. He was on the last two days of his neutering care and she still accepted the job. He was fine at pickup as well. I appreciated the frequent communication and photos. And Haley took the time to find an item at the grocery store that he might like since he was being a picky eater and reviewed it with me. I had peace of mind during my work retreat in knowing that my puppy was in great hands.”

“Olivia took such good care of Bernard! She was very communicative and kept us updated with photos. She has a great fenced in yard… allows for dogs to be active!!! Would def recommend.”

I had to make a last minute booking for my special needs foster dog and Danny was great! He was able to watch her for a week with no notice. He changed diapers, pressure wound bandages, took her for walks in her wheelchair and even bought some supplies when those provided were missing or ran low. Would definitely recommend.

Holly has walked our dog Watson many times but this was our first time boarding Watson with her and it was a great experience. Holly treated Watson like a part of her family and he had a great time staying with her! Every update photo she sent Watson looked so happy and was having fun with Holly and her family. It was so nice to not worry about him while we were on vacation because we knew he was getting lots of love :). We will definitely book boarding with Holly in the future.

Brian and Denise are the best! I can’t say enough great things about the care they provided Oliver. I received lots of pictures, videos and updates while we were away. They have a beautiful, clean house with all the comforts a dog would need. They have toys and leashes and lots of love for furry friends. We decided to stay another night and they were happy to oblige. I am thrilled to have such fabulous care takers so close. Top accolades: - clean, safe home - well prepared for dogs - huge dog lovers - lots of walks, play & snuggles - great communication 100 stars …Our puppy misses them!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
