She took the time to throw a ball for her daily and really made her feel part of the family. We have never had anyone watch our dog overnight and for a few days like this before. “Suzanne and her family were wonderful with dog. He is a bit anxious so he needs to be somewhere out of town where he can be off leash. At Suzanne’s house he walks in the woods and plays with her older dog. He bonded with Suzanne’s son and I got lots of pictures. Suzanne was very flexible on both drop off and pick up time as I was traveling with friends and didn’t have an exact time. We will definitely be back to Suzanne’s house for dog care.!”

About: I worked at the animals shelter when I was younger and walked many dogs and pet many cats! I also watched animals for friends and walked many a neighborhood dog 🐕 I dont do much except go to the gym and go on walks. It will be very easy for me to care for your animals!! They will fot right into my daily routine I have had many pets in my life and always have taken care of them. I am a very active yough woman so dogs will always get the appropriate exercise needed. One of my favorite time of the day is going and relaxing with a good show and a pet to cuddle with❤️

About: We always used Rover for our little miss while we were away. She weighed 12 lbs and had health issues later in life. She recently passed due to old age and instead of owning another new pet we decided to help other people have a happy safe environment for their fur baby. You can tell when you enter a home if it’s truly the right place for your beloved pet. We want to provide that right place for you. We are mostly interested in the small vulnerable dogs that need extra attentive loving care. We are very dedicated to the pets needs and safety. So much so that a dear friend told me that when she died she wanted to come back as my dog. LOL. She saw how we raised our dog, the same as we raised our kids. Lots of love and dedication to their needs. Typically it is just my husband and I but sometimes our two grandkids come to spend the night. They are so good with animals and enjoy playing with them. It’s all about respect and that’s our priority with all animals. We are retired. We love home gardening in the summer and love to go on small daily walks. In earlier years we raised seeing eye dogs for the blind. It was challenging but fulfilling. The hard part was getting attached to the dog but giving it up to go to a new home with someone who dearly needed their helping eyes. We are experienced with professional leash training as well as other aspects of professionally caring for dogs, and special needs dogs. We can administer medicine, eye drops, ear drops, dietary needs. Often the most important job is just to make sure that the “Scooby” treat is doled out at the right times. It can make the time away from their family more tolerable. We are more than glad to forward daily pictures and updates to the away family. Although a picture we posted shows a swim pool we DO NOT have a swimming pool. We know your fur baby’s safety is priority. Our fenced yard is large and perfectly safe from wildlife. We keep a constant watchful eye out at all times. Small dogs are more vulnerable and like very young children should never be left without supervision. We are more than happy to incorporate your pets routine into our daily routine. Daily walks, playing outside, and comfortable rest areas. Bedtime is the crucial time for the pet to feel safe and loved. Our bed or their bed, it’s really up to them.

About: We have had all manner of pets and livestock for over two decades. Right now we have one cat and two dogs who are beloved and spoiled family members. One of us is always at home, and your pup would have the freedom to be inside or outside as their heart desires (and the weather cooperates). We have a fenced in yard and two other dogs who will love to play with your pup. Our dogs are an integral part of our family. We like to hike and go on adventures - and if your dog has good recall we will definitely take them along!

About: I have always had animals in my home since I was a little girl! I have raised dogs, cats, farm animals, reptiles, ect. I have been involved with a local animal hospital due to having several family members in the veterinary field and currently work as a dog bather! Because of this, I have plenty of on hands experience. I currently am a college student and athlete. My schedule is pretty dependent on my Soccer schedule and I work part time. But throughout the day I am available for visits and can stay most nights. If you’re flexible with me I am your girl! I’m always playing with my pets, letting them outside and giving them lots of attention! They get fed at certain times of the day and walks occasionally!

About: I began 17 years ago with dog walking and pet sitting and grew into a professional, home style, doggie daycare and boarding facility. 90% of my customers had been attending every week for 3-6 years. I took pride in offering an alternative to traditional kennels and instead offered boarding in a home environment. Over the years, I cared for over 200 families. As much as I miss these dogs every day, it was time for me to move closer to my family. I sold my property and dog boarding business and moved to North Idaho. I am ready to start again. I am looking forward to meeting new dogs in my new community and inviting them into my home and family. I am also certified in pet first aid/cpr as well as insured. I have spent the past 17 years being available, full time, for dog daycare and boarding. I sold a dog care business (out of state) that I truly loved in order to move back home to North Idaho. I am settle in now, and ready to welcome your pup into my home. I home and available full time. Offering daycare and boarding in my home. We have a fenced in area for outdoor potty and play. We will get to know your dog's needs and choose an appropriate sleeping area. Sleeping area vary from crates, to couches, to dog beds, or human beds.... depending on their needs and personality.
