“Charles kept us informed with photos and message updates which was very important to me since I had been away from my home for 5 weeks prior to his stay (my husband arranged a week petsitting w/Charles so he could join me). Our home was all in order and clean, clean litterbox, vacuumed. Our dog & cat were glad to see us but acting like it was just another day, no trembling or nervousness. Our mail was all collected and orderly as well. Charles is an excellent overnight sitter who we would gladly hire again!”

About: I have veterinary experience and training. I am a veterinary assistant at a local veterinary clinic. Animals are my world and it's where my heart is, which is why I have chosen to become a vet tech. I have been a pet owner all my life of many different types of animals. I have veterinary experience doing kennel cleaning, animal care, boarding, and assisting with vet care, such as shots, bandaging, and other basic health needs. During the summer and out of school (for vet tech) for summer break, I can fit others pet care needs into my daily schedule without any issues, as I am home everyday with my kids that love animals, as well. I have a 1400 sq foot apartment downstairs in a gated community. It's just me, my two sweet boys, and our two friendly cats. I can bring out for walks, potty time, and play time. I also, have a fenced in porch area for your pet to sit out on if need be. I can also use crates/kennels, if needed. I can come to your home for drop-ins, boarding in your home, or mine. I am open to your certain needs.

About: I am new to Rover, but have been a pet/housesitter with TrustedHousesitters since 2018 and MindMyHouse since 2022. Currently, I am only available for long term (7+days) in home pet sits, anywhere in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida mid November-March. I worked as a florist for 10 years and have always had a garden and eclectic selection of plants of my own. Finally, I love photography and will most likely send you lots of cute photos of your pets. I telework five days a week and am able to be around your pets all day to ensure they have the love and attention that they need. I will care for your pet in your home and can stay up to 1-3 months. About: I’ve always had a love for animals since I was a child. I used to bring home strays even though I would get in trouble for it. I’ve babysat dogs for friends and family in the past. I also used to be a dog groomer at Petsmart. One rainy morning on my way to work, I saw a chihuahua mix on the side of the road. I parked my car about 10 feet away from her. She was shaking and had a look of despair. I gently scooped her up and put her in my passenger seat. I noticed her leg was broken so I skipped work and took her to the vet. I took her home with me and cared for her until she healed. Today, she is the happiest and chunkiest chihuahua I’ve ever seen. She’s living her best life with my mom. I work a full time job but I plan to quit soon. If day care is needed then I will take the days off needed for that. Overall, my schedule can be flexible. For day care, I have a fenced in backyard for your dogs to run around and play. They will be supervised at all times and I do have cameras. I have a sun room they can lounge in as well. I have a bucket of toys they can play with. They will be fed and will have plenty of water. If your dog does not get along with others then I can create a safe space for them.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 13 years old..I’m absolutely in love with dogs, they aren’t just mans bestfriend😉😂, they’re women’s bestie too I’m currently self employed working from home with my online boutique.... I have my own dog, pig and cats I have had animals my whole life. I have a huge yard so plenty of room for them to run and have fun. Live away from the road so they would be perfectly safe. Back yard is fenced in. My son & I love to play outside so they would get plenty of exercise. If I kept them at your house I would of course go by all your rules, care and love your pet as if it were my own. They would be well taken care of.
