About: Hi there! I am Emily and I am 29 years old and I have had animals my entire life! I have been around all types of animals from dogs and cats to horses and pigs! I began professionally dog watching about 14 years ago and fell in love with it. I have experience with many special diets, supplements and any other health issues. For boarding, My husband and I have a wonderful centrally located home in the Acadia region off the island. We have a fenced in yard and can take the stress out of leaving your pets while on vacation. Pick up and drop off can be arranged at the head of the island if requested. Wedding or event coming up? I can be your pets chaperon then too, just ask :) Need to exercise your pup? Mini day hikes available too- custom fit for your pups comfort. This summer I am taking a sabbatical to my career job which means more hiking, walks and freedom to spend time with your pet- with flexible scheduling :) While my home offers a wonderful spacious lawn and garden area for the pups with a secure 4' ht enclosed fence, pets are never left unattended in the area. About: Animals have always been a passion of mine. I grew up with several different animals and have always loved being around them and taking care of them! At a very young age I really wanted to work with animals and that same passion of working with them is still the same today! As of right now, my schedule varies! I could be working any shift from 6:30-2:30, 7:30-4:30, 9:15-5:15, or 12:15-5:15. I am a new mom who is trying to make ends meet but working still isn’t helping because daycare is so expensive! I am really trying to pet sit part time or even full time! My weekends and holidays are always open except for the occasional family trips in the summer! I do not have a fenced in yard at my home so that means that your fur babies will be kept on a leash when taking them outside. Your fur babies will also be kept company by 2 friendly dogs and 2 friendly cats! I also have to crate one of my dogs so I can easily crate dogs if needed!
