“My fur baby loves Adrienne! She spends time with her after the walks to see if she’ll eat, play, or just hang out! I will definitely use her again!”

About: I was raised on a hobby farm, so I have all sorts of experience with animals/pets! I used to have dogs of my own and I now love taking care of others dogs! I am new to Yuba, CA, and currently have an open schedule! I love being able to get outside and go on long walks any time of the day. When taking care of others dogs, I like to use all of the same commands and rules as the dog parent. I am guilty of giving extra treats, but will always focus on what’s best for the pup.

“Gavina is the best!! She has been so patient with my shelter dog who can be somewhat quirky and needs a slow introduction to new people…She’s reliable and super personable! My dog has grown to love her and looks forward to their weekly walks. I Would 10/10 recommend Gavina to anyone I know!!”

About: I've had the pleasure of loving and taking care of furbabies of all sizes for 20 years. I first started pet sitting for an acquaintance in 2005. Later, when I became established in the area as a trusted house cleaner, I started pet sitting for some of my clients and their friends. Sadly, I lost all my clients and contacts save one in the Camp Fire as my client base was in Paradise and Magalia. Since then, I have taken care of my own little furbabies and ever so often cared for the Chihuahua/Pug/Terrier mix of the one remaining client from Paradise. Within the years that I was actively pet sitting, I took care of dogs of all sizes from Chihuahuas to Whippets. I am excited to once again assist you with your pet sitting needs and ensure the best attention is given to your dog’s health, happiness, and well-being! For my clients in Paradise and Magalia, I did both drop ins and overnight stays. (My favorite memory was staying with two little lovely Dachsies for three weeks!) I made sure each pet I took care of was fed as per the instructions given to me and that they had access to fresh, clean water. Whether it’s maintaining a regular meal routine or making sure your pet stays hydrated throughout the day, I prioritize comfort and health for all furbabies in my care. I also have experience administering medications, whether oral or topical, and am dedicated to ensuring your pets specific medical needs are met with precision and care. I know personally the importance of a vet's instructions and the proper maintenance of a consistent medication routine. I also know the importance of exercise in keeping a pet happy and healthy. Whether it’s a leisurely stroll or a more vigorous activity, I am happy to ensure that your pet gets the exercise and playtime they need! Above all, each dog that I have taken care of I have treated as part of my family. I look forward to providing your furbaby with the same love, attention, and care that I have given to my past clients and to my own pets! I am currently working a few hours on the weekends during the day for an In-Home Healthcare client. I am available days and nights during the week, and evenings and nights on weekends. For any pet in my care, whether it has been a client's pet or my own, I have always ensured that they have gotten plenty of love and quality care. For past clients, I adhered to all instructions given pertaining to feeding time, exercise and medications if applicable. I made sure there were plenty of cuddles and that every pet in my care felt safe and secure.

About: I have been around and taken care of animals since I was a child. I’ve always been told that I “have a way” with animals. My family and friends rely on me to take care of their fur babies while they’re away. Also, I just really want to spend time with your pets. Just don’t tell my cat. I am pretty flexible and am willing to work with your needs. I will not be able to bring your pet to my home because I live in an apartment and I don’t think my cats would like that very much. However, I am able to go to your home or a park nearby. Whatever is needed and best for your pets wellbeing.
