I currently work a full-time job, but I still have plenty of flexibility depending on your pet’s individual needs! I have a few dogs of my own and have regularly petsit for some recurring clients in the past, so I’m fully adapted to a pet-friendly lifestyle and am willing to work things out if needed! Whether it is overnight or just stopping in throughout the day, I’m perfectly capable of making it happen and making sure your furry (or not furry) friend gets the love and care it needs!

About: I have personal experience of caring for dogs through dog sitting for friends and fellow church members. I also have experience cat sitting as well. I enjoy both small and large dogs. I grew up with our family Great Danes. I also lived with family after college that owned three medium to large dogs. I personally participated in the care and well being of those dogs. This included walking, feeding, bathing, and grooming. Mostly my goal is to be able to be around pets again. I miss being around and caring for animals. I am excited to be a part of caring for someone's fury friend. I understand that your pet is part of the family. Peace of mind that your pet is being well taken care of when you are not around is a precious thing to have. I am currently offering drop in visits and dog walking only, as my home is not currently equipped for me to have animals boarded over night.
“Gracie was very willing to learn how we have trained our dogs so she could help maintain the structure and routine we have set for them. She was communicative about when she arrived to the house and sent us a follow-up message about how the visit went. Gracie is very knowledgeable about dog training and behavior and would be a great asset to anyone needing help with this or just someone who needs general pet care.”

About: My daughter and I grew up helping take care of dogs and have been around them for as long as we can remember. We’ve looked after our own dogs as well as those of friends and family. There has never been a year in our lives without a dog in it, and we truly can’t imagine life without one! I currently work full time as a 2nd grade teacher, but I’m available for boarding, doggie day care, walking, dropping in, or playing with your dog during the week and on the weekends. My 17 year old daughter will be assisting as she absolutely loves dogs too. Our house is in a neighborhood. We currently have one dog who is a morkipoo and is very playful and loves other dogs. We are able to crate your dog if needed.

A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your walker interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and walker for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.

Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
