Unfortunately our worst fear came true and one of our dogs had a medical crisis while we were out of the country (no one’s fault, just the dog’s health declining). Jessica escalated to us and took our girl to the vet office on two separate days to get her medical care. She work with our vet and learned to give our dog new medications to manage the situation. Aside from rising to the occasion of medical crisis, Jessica sent us tons of photos and updates of all the dogs (which we greatly appreciated). About: I've taken care of dogs ever since I was a child, currently i have a boxer and a kitty. As for experience, I've dog sat for a set of two shitzus and for my aunt who has a great Dane, pomsky, and a pug. I'd love to watch your fur babies and give them lots of love. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
