About: I’ve been caring for animals professionally for over 8 years and grew up surrounded by pets, so working with animals has always been a big part of my life. I have hands-on experience from working at an animal shelter/sanctuary, a local pet store, and in a veterinary clinic as a vet tech assistant. Through these roles, I’ve worked with pets of all sizes, ages, and temperaments, including shy, high-energy, and senior pets. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, administering medications, cleaning, and recognizing signs of stress or illness. My background in a vet clinic has also helped me stay calm in unexpected situations and prioritize safety. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owners are away. I’m currently a student at Davidson College in North Carolina, so during the school year my schedule is structured around classes. Being away from my own pets honestly makes me miss them a lot, which is why I love spending time caring for other people’s animals, it really makes me happy to have them around. I’m available for visits, walks, and sitting around my class schedule and have flexibility in the mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. During the summer, I’m available full-time, so I have plenty of time and attention to give your family! Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I’m very attentive, patient, and respectful of each animal’s unique personality and needs. With my background working in a vet clinic, shelter, and pet store, I’m comfortable handling a variety of situations and can recognize signs of stress or illness. I always follow your instructions closely, whether that’s feeding routines, medications, or specific care preferences. I create a calm, loving environment and make sure your pet feels safe, cared for, and at home while you’re away.

“I very much appreciate her meeting with me before beginning pet sitting. It made me feel more comfortable letting a Rover sitter have access to my home. She was true to her word and kind enough to engage with and try to entertain my cats. Unfortunately she did have to deal with my unfriendly cat who scratched her, but she dealt with it professionally and with grace. About: I’ve had dogs since I was 5 years old. I love to walk dogs, throw balls, and pet cats and dogs. Feeding and walking on owners schedule. I can always work around your pet’s schedule. I’m flexible and available for holidays and weekends. I am happy with longer stays and getting to know your pet. I provide daily walks on the pets schedule.
