Caring for animals is one of my greatest passions and joys in life, and the perfect way to supplement my income while I focus on my writing this summer. My 2-year old mixed pup, Wally, is 20 lbs and neutered. He loves people and pets and can come with me if everyone gets along, but can also stay with my mom no problem. I am responsible, communicative, and have extensive experience in pet care — from daily check-ins on a 90lb Pit-bill to administrating oral medications, managing dogs with separation anxiety to farm-sits and volunteering at animal shelters. Our pets are an important part of our family units, and providing the proper attention, affection, patience, and nurturing spirit has always come naturally to me. As well as following all instructions very carefully. It is also my priority to ensure you are confident in leaving them with me. I will always do in-person meet and greets beforehand so they will recognize me when I return. I will also send tons of pictures and videos and can even do FaceTimes so you can see how we're doing. I know it's hard being away from your pets so anything I can do to set your mind at ease is my pleasure :) I've been told I have a positive and loving energy that animals are drawn to. Each animal is unique with their own special little personality, and understanding and respecting that helps me build rapport. I realize what a sensitive (sometimes confusing) time being apart from their family can be, so it's really my top priority to be a great source of comfort and stability for them and to provide as much warmth and positive energy as I can. About: My name is Molly and I am an Ed Tech/BHP with availability and energy in the summer months. I have a four year old son and a ten year old dog, Zoe. Also popular in our household are Gracie, the seven year old bearded dragon, and Gus, the beta fish. This summer, I have an especially flexible schedule, but am happy to support you and your pet’s needs all year around. Although it is not my primary career focus, I have been involved in pet care for 20 years as a source of outside income and great passion. I use positive reinforcement training techniques with our three rescue dogs and I use worship all cats techniques with our cats 😆. I will treat your animals as if they were my own and that means they get the utmost care and attention. 🫡 I will respect and follow whatever your babies' needs and preferences are as well as yours when it comes to them and to your space. 💓 We love taking our dogs on all sorts of outdoor adventures but safety is always our top priorty⛰️🦺! I am great at reading animals and understanding the different personalities and quirks they each have so I can provide them with the best care that works for them 🧐 Every animal is different but they all deserve our best! I have a flexible schedule and my own car that allows me to be an adaptive and on call care giver. I don't mind late bookings or cancelations as I understand that things come up. I am new to rover and still figuring out what works best but am always willing to work with clients on what works best for them and their pets. Animals are my first priority but I also believe homes and personal spaces are sacred and I will always treat them with respect and attention. All animals are different so its important to use to always be aware of anything potentially unsafe. Our home is for animals first and there is nowhere they aren't allowed although animal guests and clients are always fully supervised to make sure they are safe and comfortable. Our home is very easy going and has a lot of space for different needs and comforts. In your home, I will defer to your personal preferences always.

About: Animal Care Technician with extensive experience with dogs, cats and rodents. Cannot train but am trained on proper handling, walking and administering oral medication. 19 years of experience with dogs from pup to elder (including dogs with medical issues) and 5 years experience with cats from kitten to elder (including cats with medical issues). I am currently not working and have a flexible schedule for anyone looking for booking! I will not be allowing boading or doggy day care at this time due to remodeling but I am willing to house sit, do scheduled drop in's and dog walking. My current schedule includes every day except for Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings due to current client bookings. I do not currently house any pets but I have owned dogs and cats for years before and have extensive experience caring for pets of family and friends.

I house sat for many neighbors and their various pets over the years. I also have worked in animal clinics and pet laboratory environments as I originally intended on becoming a veterinarian. Working to become a wildlife conservationist currently. I currently work a very flexible job from home which takes up less than 20 hours a week so I have plenty time to spend with your pets. I have always loved all animals. I currently live with 3 cats our rental doesn’t allow dogs. I will have plenty time for pets, walks and playing outside in the safety and comfort of your pets home. About: I am a service dog handler for the past 7 years. I have been training and caring for dogs for over 10 years. I'm the go to person in my friends and family for training and care advice of animals big and small. I have owned and cared for everything from small snakes to rodents and horses. I have worked as a dog trainer, a horse trainer, a groom, and I have worked on dairy farms since I was 14. Every morning starts out with letting the dogs out and farm chores. Followed by breakfast for the dogs. After breakfast we do 30 minutes of rest in kennels while I feed the family. The rest of the day is spent with enrichment toys and puzzle games. Training is spaced out throughtout the day in 10-15 minute sessions. At 8pm the dogs are let out on last time then kennel and dinner time for the night. Our dogs are friendly and out going. We live in a very rural area on 81 acres of hiking trails and farm land to explore. The dogs are always watched when outside. We do have a wireless fence system for dogs that are trained on the e collar and long lines for dogs that are not off leash trained. We have experience crate and rotating dogs with aggression/reactivity problems. I have rehabilitated and socialized dogs with traumatic past.

About: I am the dad to a crazy and highly energetic 2 year old dog, and have loved dogs all my life. I am good at asserting control, and love playing and giving them all the attention and love I work remote, so I have lots of availability during the week to be able to help take care of your dog. I also have very few meetings, so scheduling shouldn’t be a problem It is important to me that I perform exactly what the owner wants me to do in terms of walking, what the dog is allowed to do etc… I will make sure the dog is fully loved and attended to

About: Life has given me a huge respect and love for dogs after years of living with them on farms, and in homes! As an avid hiker, runner, and photographer 📸, I will have a blast keeping your dog healthy, while supplying you with tons of photos of your dog (with your permission of course)! Looking into a career working with service animals, and would love the chance to continue having dogs in my life on a day to day basis. My schedule allows me alot of flexibility. I work seasonally in Bar Harbor, and am free for the next few months! I am capable of walking strong, excitable dogs. Long walks are not an issue. Typically available for two hours at a time for walks, check ins.

About: I grew up with dogs in the family and with friends with furry friends as well! I’ve always been surrounded by them :) My friend had a Dalmatian puppy while we were in college so I helped out a bunch with their pet needs such as walking, feeding, playing etc. My work schedule right now is pretty clear so most of my whole week is very free to help take care of your pet needs when you need an extra hand! My environment is very pet friendly with multiple parks nearby to play with your furry friend and for them to use the bathroom when needed as well! I can’t wait to help out with your furry friend!

About: I have taken care of Many animals from big too small. I have been around horses since I was 4 and I have been around dogs my whole life. I am currently going to school at UMA to major in Vet Tech I have my schedule open for full time week days plus every other weekends but can to most days to accommodate you! All you have to do is let me know in advance. The care I can guarantee is a loving, caring and safe place with lots of fun. I will tend to a feeding schedule or and exercise schedule I am open to anything o take care of your pants and needs.
