They have specialized diets that werent an issue and we received updates throughout our entire trip. You could tell they really care about your fur buddy just as much as you do. Actually he seemed very, very happy and in a much better mood than he normally is. From other places we have went he comes home like he’s been traumatized and it takes a week to recover. “This was perfect for what I needed. We had no local friends or family that could take our cat. We were going to be away but he couldn't be at the house because we were having work done on it while we were gone. They took our cat into their home. I was surprised to see they had other cats when I arrived. But one question on the survey was if your pet does well with other cats, which he does, but cats tend to not be friendly with new cats initially so I was a bit worried they'd fight, but they had a separate area, a sun room that they allowed Sox to adjust in and during the week they had sent pictures of him being inside the home on the couch so obviously it was fine. I actually never met or dealt with Sarah only her Mom. Which I felt was odd. I was expecting the person pictured, the person I paid. Her Mom was lovely and clearly there were no issues and my cat was returned safely to me, I just felt it was odd the Sarah was sleeping or "resting because she works a lot" both times I was there. I didn't take any stars off my review for that, because again the service accomplished what I needed which was my cat to be cared for outside of my home.”

This was only the second time anyone outside our family watched Fiona and she does take time to warm up to new people. Our family was super hesitant to leave her. Amanda made us feel much better.
