Take care of dogs, cats, and other animals ( just no snakes 🐍). About me: My love of dogs developed when I was about 11 years old, when I finally convinced my parents to get me a dog. Her name was Chelsea. She was a silky terrier, and I loved her dearly. I knew then I would always have a pet dog. Once I moved on my own, my next 2 dogs were an American Eskimo, and a Yellow Lab. After they passed, I had to move to a rental home for a while that did not allow dogs. Once I bought my home, I wasted no time. The first dog in my new home was a Boston Terrier that was inherited by a friend who did not have the proper time to take care of her. I then met my husband, and we decided to add to our family. We adopted a brown lab mix from a shelter. A friend then had a dog who had puppies. We adopted him and he is a long haired dachshund. I thought at that time our family was complete. But then I discovered some of the horrors of the dog industry and breeding. I decided to foster dogs who otherwise would most likely have been put down. We have fostered many dogs for the past 10 years. But…..we also foster failed a few of them. (which means we adopted them). I now have a small terrier mix who is the sweetest dog. Of the last fosters I fostered, 1 ended up being pregnant, and 2 were lab/husky mixes. Harley is the name of the dog who was pregnant. She was going to be put down. I saw her picture and fell in love with her. What I didn’t know was that she was pregnant. I had never fostered a pregnant dog before, but decided to see it out with the help of the foster agency, and my daughter. Harley eventually gave birth to 8 puppies, and it was magical. We found homes for all 8 puppies, but couldn’t part with Harley, as she turned out to be the sweetest dog imaginable. My son and daughter adopted the other 2 puppies. So, I have to be done with fostering. That is when I came up with starting a business that includes my passion. I currently work in social services, which is another passion of mine. I currently work from home 2 days/week. The other 3 days, I have assistants to help, and I am able to provide care in the morning before 7 AM and in the evening after 5 PM. I have a big fenced in yard, so your dog will get plenty of play time. I provide daily walks, weather permitting. I have crates available if needed. I create customized care plans for your dog based on your dog’s particular needs.

Leah B.
About: Hello! I'm Leah and I've had a passion for any and all animals since I was very young. I am very much that person at the party that plays with the host's dog rather than socializing. I've had pets all throughout my life as well as jobs at animal shelters where I was trained in proper care and animal behavior for various species. I've always said that, if I could, I would surround myself with as many animals as possible. Caring for your pets is just one way for me to achieve that goal. Under my care you can rest assured that your pets will be loved and, dare I say spoiled, when you are unable to do so. I’m currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to take care of your pets! I work an evening shift, so there will never be a doubt if I’m available! I have a fenced yard and accommodations for crating your pup as needed. I also have a quieter area I can provide for those pups that are a bit overwhelmed in a new environment.

About: I always care about the dogs I take care of. They never seem too scared of me and I seem to be a calm medium for them. I just resigned from my job, so I have a lot of free time to take care of your dogs! I’ll have enough time to invest in them. I always make sure that they are fed every day, medicine if needed. I always keep an eye on them so I can see if there’s any sign if they need to go to the bathroom, play fetch, earn treats, etc.

Jessica B.
“We have known Jessica for years and find her to be reliable, dependable, trustworthy and is great with our dog. We have a large dog who can be quite a stubborn handful, but Jessica handles him with ease. He is always very excited to see Jessica and can’t get to her soon enough. We highly recommend Jessica.”

About: I have two pugs now. I had a German Shepherd but recently she passed away. I have had hamsters, ferrets, guinea pigs, frogs, and rabbits growing up. I went to school to become a Veterinary Technician, I know what signs to look for if something does go wrong with your pet while your away. I have worked in a veterinary hospital and a boarding pet place. Your pet will be in safe hands, I will treat your pet like they are my own. Would love to watch your pet while your away just for the day or on vacation, take your pet for a walk or just let your pet out for potty breaks and play with them. I’m very flexible on my schedule day or night. I have plenty of time during the day and night to take care of your pets while your away. I’m free all during the day and can go at night to let them out. I have two pugs. The one pug, I have had since he was a puppy and now he is 16. He is blind and can’t hear, we have to carry him out to go potty and carry him back in. He likes to sleep on the couch so we have to lift him up to put him up there. My other pug is 2 years old. They both sleep with us in bed at night.
