About: I had the pleasure of caring for and loving my two shelter (or, found outside in the cold) dogs for about 14 years. From puppyhood to senior years. I understand all stages and will meet their needs as required. I am a mom of four very active boys. I work mornings, Monday through Thursday, so I am free in the early afternoon. I am able to make my own schedule around sports, school, doctor's appointments, etc. My evenings are more busy than my afternoons. I will gladly make time during my day for some four-legged, furry friends. I will gladly come to your home to feed, let out, and/or walk your dog when you cannot. We can schedule an initial meeting to familiarize the dog and myself, and go from there.

About: While I'll be new to Rover, i have the utmost care, and love for animals. I make sure I can read their body language to see what they are thinking, since they can't talk. I've been my friends' go-to person for pet sitting and fostering. I'm currently away from my boy during a move, and need some time with pups and kitties! I'd be looking for after-work walks and visits to start with. Possible mid-days depending on location. I'm used to on-leash high energy dogs and long trail walks. I normally let them choose the path so they get to enjoy the freedom of choice. And I ALWAYS pick up the poop! As for cats, I just love them so much. I an experienced with positivity training, so I care deeply about being a good person for your dog and cat. I will never demand, reprimand, or punish the animal. They are another living creature that deserves a voice! This is their time, their walk, and I make sure I am paying attention to them, and the surroundings. I will not be offering in-my-home-sitting, but if needed, I can possibly do pet and house sitting. I'm mostly looking for walking. I have experience house sitting as well, and would treat your home as I would hope someone watching mine would!

I’m a college student here in South Carolina who really misses my pets back home, so I’m looking for chances to care for other people’s pets while I’m at school. Spending time with animals — whether walking dogs, feeding cats, or just giving them attention — makes me happy, helps me manage stress, and gives me something meaningful to look forward to outside of my classes. About: I grew up with four dogs over the past ten years! Friends and neighbors relied on me to walk and feed their pets and pet sit. I am currently a grad student going to clinical. I am available in the evenings Monday/Wednesday through Sunday! On Tuesdays, I am available during the day! About: I've been caring for all kinds of animals since I was 12 years old. Horses, pigs, chickens, dogs, cats, you name it! I'm currently available all 7 days of the week for overnight sitting, drop in visits, or walking services! I will plan to meet with you and your pet(s) prior to any confirmation of services to make sure it's a good fit for all of us. I prefer to care for animals in the comfort of their own homes. Having a daily routine that is specific to an animal provides stability, and removing them to a completely new area they don't recognize can be possibly damaging and cause significant stress. I will adapt to your pet's schedule and help make them feel at ease knowing they won't be forcibly removed from their home.

“This review is long overdue! I have been using Marissa for about a year now give or take for twice weekly drop ins. I have a senior diabetic pomeranian and a 3 year old highly energetic Border Collie and both of my dogs seem to love Marissa! We always get pictures of our smiling pups and it is clear they have a good time during the visit. Marissa is not only great with our dogs, but she is reliable, trustworthy, and will go the extra mile to accommodate bookings. We never come home to any accidents, and she is always kind enough to bring our packages in front the porch. About: I've cared for dogs and cats since I was 8 and loved every minute of it. I've frequently walked, fed, played with, and loved my cat, two dogs, and those of my friends, family, and coworkers! I have experience caring for fish as well. I also have experience with basic training commands like sit, stay, lay down, etc. I love being active and outdoors, so I have no issue taking a furry friend along for the ride.
