About: I have professional experience working at a dog resort in Arizona, where I learned the importance of structured care, behavior awareness, and creating a safe and positive environment for dogs of all temperaments. After moving to Alaska, I started Bubs Pups, and for the past 3 years I’ve been providing pet care for the Kenai Peninsula. Over time, I have built a strong group of regulars for our doggy daycare, which has been really rewarding and speaks to the trust our clients place in us. I focus on making sure each dog feels comfortable, active, and cared for just like they are at home. During their stay, dogs get plenty of outdoor time and exercise throughout the day (9 AM–10 PM). I also work on simple daily training and reinforcement with the dogs in my care to help improve behavior and manners. Communication is also a big priority for me. I provide regular updates, which include photos and videos, so owners can see how their pets are doing and feel connected while they’re away. I make sure clients are always informed with fast and clear communication throughout the stay. Most importantly, I treat every dog like my own. I pay attention to their individual needs, and I want both pets and owners to feel completely at ease. If a client isn’t happy, I’m not happy! It's really as simple as that. I am available for pet care daily from 9 AM to 10 PM, including weekends and holidays. This is a full-time commitment, and I maintain a consistent, reliable schedule year-round so owners can depend on me whenever they need care. I operate every day of the week and prioritize keeping dogs active, engaged, and comfortable throughout their stay. Our goal is to make sure each dog has attention and plenty of time outside during the day. I offer both doggy daycare and boarding, providing flexible care options based on each dog’s needs and each owner’s preference. Dogs are welcome in my home environment and also have access to multiple spaces depending on what best suits each dog’s comfort level, routine, and behavior. This allows me to adjust care on an individual basis rather than a 'one-size-fits-all' setup. I have a large fenced yard where dogs can safely socialize, play, and stay active throughout the day under supervision. For dogs that prefer quieter environments, I am able to separate them into other areas to ensure they feel more secure and stress-free. Cleanliness is a top priority in all of my spaces. I maintain a consistently clean and sanitary environment to ensure the health and safety of every dog in my care. I also focus heavily on socialization, positive interaction, and routine. Dogs are introduced and grouped appropriately based on temperament, energy level, and owner preferences. If requested, I also provide individual walks to ensure dogs get exercise and stimulation. I closely follow each owner’s instructions and preferences to make sure every dog is cared for exactly how they need to be. My goal is to provide a safe, structured, and comfortable environment where dogs can feel at home while receiving personalized care.

About: Hi! I’m a lover of all pets! Over the years I’ve had dogs, cats, horses, chickens, sheep, pigs and rabbits! ... I know how much people love and worry about their pets when they’re not home and I’d love to help out, I can’t have a dog of my own because of my job but I love getting to hang out with them. I’m an avid runner and supper active so I love pets who love to play fetch outside or snuggle on the couch. I’ve been the go to pet sitter to my friends and family for years. I have also read lots of books on animals and training and love to try to keep the owners rules for their pets so the experience is great for all involved! I want your pet to be on vacation too while you’re away, so there will be lots of adventures, attention and love. I work from home for the winter season and don’t have any pets myself because of my travel arrangements with my job. But I love dogs and cats and this is the best way for me to get the best of both worlds!! I think that mental stimulation is the key to happy animals. They’re so smart! I love to play games, go for adventures and take them everywhere with me if I can!
“Ryan continues to be my go-to cat-sitter. I have booked him for drop-in visits many times over the last months because of some unexpected travel I needed to do. He is responsive, keeps me updated and my cat loves spending time with him.”

Krystal went above and beyond! Not only providing exceptional care for our cats, but doing leak checks on the house while we were away too! The cats are very messy with their litter and she took the time to vacuum during each visit so we could come home to clean house. We got pictures and videos of the cats daily and Krystal provided updates on how they were doing, which was great. Can’t say enough good things about Krystal! Highly recommend!

Krystal & Jose were amazing! We have one cat that gets very stressed when we have to leave her for more than a day, and we just brought a new kitten into the picture (& were only halfway through the introduction phase when I needed to leave town!) Each cat needed different things, we were able to leave town knowing that our babies were well taken care of. The care they provided was excellent - I will definitely be asking them to drop in and check on my girls when we have to leave town again!

Krystal and Jose have been a lifesaver! We have a cat with separation anxiety and having Krystal & Jose pop in to give treats and attention when I’m away has been such a blessing! I just came home to two happy cats that only seemed mildly bothered that I had left them, no major stress 😆❤️ Happy cats, clean litterbox, full food & water dishes, happy Momma
