About: I’ve been a dog trainer for 5 years and frequently work with animal behavior, loose leash walking, and puppy basics. I’ve also been a dog groomer and bather for 3 years and have worked at various boarding facilities, so I have a lot of hands on experience with animal care and all the everyday parts of caring for dogs. I’ve also worked on an AKC German Shepherd farm doing conformation showing and training, and I’ve fostered 6 puppies that I trained and prepared for their new families — they still keep in touch with me daily! Both of my dogs are off-leash trained, but when a client’s dog is staying with me, the door does not open unless that dog is safely leashed. We’re 10 steps away from Reaney Park, where client dogs stay on a leash or long line the entire time. We also have a fenced balcony that your dog can enjoy with supervision if you’d like them to have access to it. Inside, there are plenty of appropriate toys to chew on and cords, surfaces, and other hazards are kept out of reach. Your dog will be supervised whenever they’re not safely crated. I love giving dogs as much freedom as they can safely handle, so please feel free to tell me your pup’s expectations, routines, and requirements. I’m happy to follow them and make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
