About: Keeping pets happy and healthy has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I adopted my chocolate lab Chewie when he was just 5 weeks old and have been loving on him for the last 5 years. I currently live with 5 dogs and care for two, ranging from an 8 year old bit bull mix, to a 1 year old German Shepard mix, a 5 year old Husky, and two 100+lb labs. I go on walks daily and try to give them the best lives possible. Exercise and overall health/wellbeing are all strong passions of mine as well. I try to walk at least an hour every day. If I can help other families by taking their pets out for walks or spending one on one time, then that is a win win for me. I am currently a stay at home mom so my schedule is flexible. It is important to me that pets get optimal attention and love which is exactly what I provide for my own dogs, as well as others when they are under my care.

About: I currently have two dogs and experience with all types and breeds. I work from home and take the dogs for walks/runs on Gearhart beach. I am a very attentive dog mom. I have experience with dog medications, wound car, injections, tick removal. I work from home and am very attentive to dogs and ensuring they are well cared for. I enjoy furry toddlers as much as I do my human children. I own a crate for those that are shy, and need security. Tons of toys, and I have a long lead which allows a dog (or cat) their freedom while still being leashed which is perfect for recall training as well as frolicking in the yard behind my apartment. I'll need to know if any client is sensitive around small children, as I have an infant. Animals must be up to date on vaccines, and rabies. Not open to intact pets over 2 years old.

About: I’ve always enjoyed taking care of animals … most of my experience comes from dogs … I have worked around a lot of huskies . I used to help give dog sled tours to cruise ship tourists in Alaska. I have experience w older dogs that have been my own … So my house address says seaside Oregon . About: I’ve worked with cats and dogs from all walks of life. I have a wide range of experience from working for an amazing rescue called Canine Connections and personal experience. Canine Connections rescue is a program within the Washington state juvenile institution that teaches the juvenile residents how to care for and work with cats and dogs. I was an employee and ran this program within the juvenile institution. We would take in puppies/dogs from local humane societies to train them generalized life skills, walking skills, and take complete care of multiple dogs at one time. We worked with dogs of all different sizes, ages, and breeds so during the training it was important to determine target behavior that the individual dogs would need to succeed in their future furever home. The puppies/dogs would be posted for adoption once they’ve gone through the program and training. I have experience with all types of handling equipment (front/back harnesses, gentle leader, prong, etc.), walking skills/basic obedience training, and the everyday care of dogs who are timid with people and/or other animals to very excited and distracted dogs. We trained dogs with positive reinforcement, which includes a lot of patience and treats, and taking the time to learn what the dogs strengths and weaknesses are to be successful. We also had a program that socialized and cared for cats and kittens while they waited to be adopted. I am currently going through a grooming course, and I have experience of my own from my personal dogs and working with puppies/dogs at the rescue. This includes working with animals that do not like or are new to grooming. I am mainly experienced with simple brushing and bathing, so I will stick to that level for now and I hope to be a groomer in the future once I’ve gone through my course and gained experience.
