While at St. Vincent, I also interned at a Veterinary office and an animal sanctuary. I went away for several days and wanted someone to administer a once daily liquid steroid to my cat and someone to also give her affection each day and to check on her water and her automated litter and food containers. Kelly met with me to review everything the day before starting. She was a great communicator throughout, even texting a picture of my cat’s foot to make sure something she saw was normal. I loved the pictures and videos of her playing with my cat as well! Great experience!”
About: I’ve been around animals (dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish!) my whole life! I’ve also helped by dropping by to check on my neighbors animals as well. I’m also going to school for dog training! I’m currently working a full time job, I work 10-7 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday but I can stop by before and after work! About: Newborn puppies to senior dogs. Kittens to cats. Babysat 6 dogs for a week and a half by myself! I’m the go to if someone needs their pet watched in the family and I’ve been doing it for years. Family/ friends I have done it for. About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life and always grew up around dogs cats, fish, and even lizards. Neighbors, family members, and friends have always relied on me to take good care of their pets when they need a sitter. About: I’ve grown up with dogs all of my childhood. I just started this as a side hustle, and I absolutely love it! I love meeting new pups and being a helping hand to somebody as well! I work a full time job outside of pet sitting. I’m gone from 10am-4pm and my off days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. My schedule is very flexible, so if there are any issues with my work schedule, it can be moved around. I’m typically gone between 6-8 hours depending on travel time as well. I stay at the client’s house so that way their pets are comfortable in their own home and environment. I do an initial meet and greet before the date needed to pet sit so the pets meet me and recognize me while i’m staying with them.
