About: When most of my friends were making extra money babysitting, I decided I would rather start a pet sitting business in my neighborhood. Along with growing up with 2 cats and a dog I have taken care of countless pets for friends, family, and coworkers. In addition, I have experience training puppies and working with reptiles, goats, chickens, and rodents. I love spending time with animals and am a caring and attentive pet sitter. I currently work part time with a lot of daytime availability. I am available for boarding around Christmas and can do home visits and walks any day. I have a safe home with plenty of natural light. I do not have a fenced in yard, but I live a block away from a dog park where there’s space to run around. I am also available for home visits if your pet is more comfortable in a known environment. Although I do not have a pet of my own, my roommate has a dog who does well with other dogs. They will be out of town Dec. 18-Jan. 8 so there will be no other pets in the home during this time.

Madison B.
“Madison is great with all types of dogs. She treats every dog like her own. She has taken my dog for walks and has watched her while I have been away, and there has never been any issues. My dog loves going over and playing with her and her dog.”

Patrick B.

“Patrick and family were really kind and helpful with my attempts to acclimate a super anxious dog to doggie daycare. I would recommend working with them, just great people!”

Scott H.
“First and foremost, Scott is an animal lover. He is very attentive to animals of all kinds but does love dogs the most. He knows the value of keeping a dog active by playing with them and also loves to walk them just as well. His own dog, he nurtured back to health over a 6-month period with love and diligence to make him better. I cannot say enough good things about Scott and animals.”

Sarah S.

“Sarah did a wonderful job taking care of my Winston for the day. Great communication and gave him his medicine when needed. She took him on multiple walks and he came back a happy boy. Thanks Sarah!”

About: My ultimate goal is to give any animal the best possible experience. I treat all furry friends like I do any of my personal relationships, and that is with a focus on communication, mutual respect, intentional gratification, and love. I got my first pet when I was 7 and have been caring for either my own or friends' pets since. From feeding a friend's fish, all the way to caring for a husky/pitt mix, I have a wide range of experience. I personally trained my family's dog (Jack Highland Terrier) with absolutely no prior knowledge on how to. I currently live with a 3 year old cat who recently lost her sister (we are still grieving) and occasionally dog sit my boyfriend's minpin Iggy and family's dog, Sir Biscuit. I have a hybrid wfh schedule that is very flexible. I try to go into the office 2 days a week and work from my home office the other 3, but that is very flexible so I can adjust as needed. I have a fenced in yard, but love trips to the dog park (for dogs who like parks). When dog sitting, I try to let them outside every 4 hours to allow fresh air and to avoid accidents inside. I also enjoy long walks so for dogs (or cats) that are leash trained, there is also at least one walk a day! I have a 2 bedroom house and the second bedroom doubles as my office and my cat's room, so if your fur baby doesn't play well with others there are options to keep all happy and safe. Play time is an absolute must and I have a variety of toys here, but always prefer the pet's favorite be brought. I am also able to accommodate to any special needs or requests for your loved one.

Josh L.

“I am working in Pittsburgh for a few months and needed someone to watch after Sunny a few days a week. I found Josh, who happened to live a few blocks away, and my experience with Josh has been nothing but excellent. We arranged a quick meet 'n greet before Sunny's first day care, and right away I could tell that he was extremely friendly, caring and attentive to Sunny. Since then he's looked after Sunny a few days, with more scheduled, and each time they're together I get great videos and pictures showing Sunny running, walking, sleeping, all things that I know make her day away from home as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone looking for a friendly neighborhood doggy day care.”

Sarah K.

“Sarah was very kind and responsive, we had a meet and greet prior to daycare. We will definitely be using her again.”

Brad K.

“Brad was great. Really all the qualities you want from your Rover. Very responsive and communicative. Seemed like a lovely home for a dog to feel comfortable in. Nice neighborhood with minimal traffic. Not expensive. Reliable. Good updates and pics. Flexible timing. He let us know Charlie pottied without asking. I really think he knew what we wanted and offered it without asking. We'll utilize his services again.”
