About: Hi, Everyone! My name is Cara. Thank you for visiting my page. My strong admiration for animals has only grown more with the more animals I meet and as a result, it brings me genuine happiness. It is a rewarding experience to be able to take care of any animal that needs it while their owner is away. Since starting Rover in August 21’, I’ve had 10+ repeat clients and have established great friendships with families/people in the community as a result. I have a M-F teaching position 8am-4pm. A half hour lunch long lunch where I can leave to care for your furries in the middle of the day depending on the distance. Dogs will be crated when I’m not home. A little history: I grew up with a miniature schnauzer (Zoie) whom towards the end of her life, needed constant supervision and was administered medicine 3x/ day, grooming/washing daily. I was always there to comfort her until the end of her life and spoiled her beyond belief. Myself and my family provided care to my mini schnauzer for over 12 years. As a child, I never had a dog sitter to send updates, pictures/videos for my sweet Zoie when my family would travel, so I strongly understand the importance of quick and reliable communication/sending updates while you’re away. Experience - administering medicine/injections - cats, big dogs, small dogs, senior animals, special needs pets, pigs, cows, chickens. -exercise/run with your pet -hospice/end of life care (Repositioning every hour, hand feeding, massages, cooking packs, frozen bone broth snacks on warmer days, the list goes on) Pets and animals deserve to be spoiled but most importantly, they deserve to be loved. I have a white fur baby (Minnie). Shes a loyal, sweet and well behaved dog, I’m so lucky and thankful for her every day as she brings me so much happiness. She stays at home with her other best friend, my significant other while I’m away. About: I am very well equipped to care for dogs and cats with varying needs and abilities. Each animal deserves the love we would give our own child. Four years ago, I lost my dog, Sugar, who I had since I was nine years old. We grew up together, and she meant everything to me. I've been trying to figure out how to fill that void ever since she left, but it's been tough man. Then I came across Rover. Now, I get to spend time with everyone else's dogs, and I see Sugar in every single one of them, which makes me want to give them the time of their lives. I appreciate everyone letting me watch after their pets. Most people do this for money; I do it, genuinely, because I love animals. Not just dogs, not just cats, but everything else in between. I've worked on farms and at pet stores, volunteered at animal shelters, fostered cats and rabbits, and even bred rodents for years - not to sell, but rather, just to care for and love. So this definitely is not limited to just canine and feline friends. I will care for any kind of animal. I have experience with them all. I work as a supervisor on 3rd shift right across the street from my house at a pet food manufacturing plant, making it super easy to take great care of your pet even throughout the night. I am home all day from 8am until 10pm, so there is really not much time ever where I won't be able to give your pet the care that it needs! I have a fenced yard with lots of room for your dog to run outside freely and plenty of room inside as well for a dog or cat or any other animal to roam about and go wherever their little heart desires. I have a young indoor cat who is very friendly and playful, a senior cat who stays in hiding, as well as two pet ducks that roam the yard who love friends. They have an enclosure of their own to lock them in if you are unsure of how your pet may react to ducks.

About: Taking care of pets has always been part of my life. I have a fenced in yard for dogs to run and play. As for walks, I have to active kids who are always willing to take a walk around. I currently work at the local school just minutes from my home. I come home middle of the day. I am home during the summer and on weekends. I have a fenced in yard and one dog who is a big baby. Dogs are allowed to lay wherever they are comfortable but can also crate if they are used to that.

About: I have sat for multiple different types of animals from tortoises to puppies!!! I love all shapes, colors, species and sizes!! I also love to exercise and love a good dog walk!!! I am a college student and have random time throughout the week and most weekends are free!!! I am an early riser and love getting exercise in throughout the day! I am a very routine/scheduled person. I love to make them as comfortable as possible and treat them with love!!! I respect all owners and their beliefs!!!

About: I helped care for family dogs and cats since I was about five years old, feeding, giving water, walking and cleaning up after them until I was 18. I have boarded two dogs for a friend and provided drop-in visits for a former neighbor for about a year after that and worked at a pet hotel from '17-'19 in which time I got a dog training certification. I have some experience taking care of mice and hamsters and would like to learn how to care for rats and snakes. I'm currently looking for part-time work and would be more than happy to provide the love and care that your fur babies require in your absence. I'm also a newer driver and could really use the experience. Afternoons and evenings work best but please don't be shy about asking for morning services. Depending on the service and your pet's needs, I will spend as much time as they need whether it be a brief or long walk, cuddling on the couch, etc. I will be working part-time starting April 14, 2024. I will have a schedule ready sometime afterwards. Hopefully it will be in the next few weeks. I will keep your pet indoors for the most part, depending on the pet. I prefer to keep dogs on a leash when they go out for walks and to potty unless there is a fenced in yard.

About: I am a huge animal lover with professional experience as a dog walker/sitter. Right now my schedule is pretty flexible. Ideally, I would like to find a few dogs that would like to be walked throughout the week or checked on. I have a 10 + years experience dog sitting short/long term. About: I’ve always had household dogs&cats as well as taken care of friends/family’s pets since I was about 13. From my brothers labs,huskies and beagles, to cousins large and protective Rottweilers, to good friends hyper anxious dog with a cancer diagnosis. As well as other friends super hyper border collie and chiuahua. The most pets I cared for at once was five dogs and two cats. I’ve also cared for three cats and a bearded dragon at the same time. About: I have cared for the pets of family members and friends since I was a teenager, and truly love providing animals a safe, engaging environment to be their adorable selves! I have an adorable tabby cat, Pippi, who may come out to greet your pet but typically prefers to stay by herself.

I am willing to provide basic grooming services such as bathing, brushing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning for an additional fee. About: I’ve taken care of numerous types of dogs for friends and family since I was 13. I trained my puppy and love playing with dogs of all ages. I currently work from home, which allows me to give your pets the attention they need during the day! I’m at home full time Monday-Friday and am available on weekends. My dogs are uncrated and allowed to be outside in my unfenced yard, though I usually go out with them. For peace of mind, I’ll take your pets out on a leash or a runner. About: I’ve always had pets in my household since I was little but have been actively caring for them since about 16, house/pet sitting for neighbors& friends, etc. I would love to take care of and watch your fur baby as if they were my own! I’m currently a nursing student working part time so my current job only takes my time away a few times a week and I’m always available after 3. Most days I’m available all day however, and in house pet sitting is always available!! I have a decent sized yard for your pet to play in and also have to fur babies of my own to keep yours socially entertained! And I’m able to crate any dog as needed! Or separate if they don’t get along well with others.

About: I have taken care of a variety of animals such as; dogs, horses, cats, birds, snakes etc over the years. I've taken care of dogs from puppies to old. Chihuahua's, Pitbulls, Labs, Huskies, etc. the list goes on & on. I've walked, fed, cleaned up wee wee pads, given medicines (when needed), and bathed mostly all sizes of dogs and the variety of animals I mentioned above. I can not stay at someone’s home overnight, but you can assure I can stop in multiple times if needed. I have a GPS electric fence that allows the dogs to get exercise on 8.5 acres if needed. About: Hi there! I've grown up around animals all my life, from dogs and cats to guinea pigs and lizards. I love all animals and happily care for them. Currently I'm looking to walk some dogs during my free time and help out dog owners near me with their wonderful pets.
