“Bob watched our dogs over our wedding weekend and even assisted in our grand plan to have the dogs in the wedding by driving them to the venue and picking them up which was a huge help! He was very responsive and helpful and our dogs seemed very happy and content in his home.”

“Our dog had a terrific time at Kirsten and Mark’s house. They were great- made time to schedule a meet and greet before the stay which was perfect for our nervous girl. Great communication, lovely backyard, so friendly… we will use them again!”

“Excellent communication and lots of pix of our nervous pup getting along well with their two dogs. A lot of peace of mind, knowing dog lovers are taking such good care of our dog while we are gone. We’ve already rebooked.”

“This lady and her husband are the best kept secret of Rover! My dog has typically refused to eat for the first day or two of boarding, but with Sue, she ate the first night, her tail was high and wagging! She was a happy little camper. I would recommend Sue, without any reservations. She truly cares for her boarded dogs- they do know who loves them. She will always be our first choice!!”

“Sarah & Aaron treated Molly as a member of their family. They were patient with her and understanding of her needs. This and the updates they provided made us all comfortable. We will book again!”

“Brittany took care of our two corgis for a few days while we were away. She did such a great job of taking care of our dogs! Brittany and her family gave the dogs lots of attention and played with them. She sent photos to us each day. Both of our dogs were happy sleepy pups when we picked them up!”

“Jenny was great! She was very easy to communicate with and flexible about the times and last minute booking. She sends a lot of pictures so you can see that your dog is having a nice trip. I would definitely recommend her!”

“Mikayla was very good with communicating and sending pictures or videos daily. My pup seemed so happy during her stay and I can tell she was well taken care of. She was very attentive and helpful as well.”

“This is Tucker's second time with Nicole and her family. Nicole is very responsive and caring. Tucker seems to have a great time and might be spoiled with her even more than with me. Nicole please tell your girls that Tucker will see them soon.”

About: I’ve took care of dogs of all kinds ever since I could remember, cats too! I’ve helped many many liter of puppies and raised them! I also worked at Paws and Claws which is a doggy daycare and boarding! I can very well sense personality and what they need! I treat them like members of a family and never let them go without care. I’m currently going to college and looking for a part time job, but will always make time for your furry friend, and would be willing to move things around! I currently have a dog who loves to play and a husky who is full of energy! And two cats who are just cuddle bugs, we have a park near by so we can go play, and I can easily crate your dog if needed and have plenty plenty of toys!
About: I grew up with all different types of animals my whole life. I have been a dog mom for 13 years. I am great at walking dogs who have aggression towards other dogs, I know how to find a calm route to take and distract them before conflict arises! I recently lost my 90 lb alapaha blue blood bulldog mix to a terminal illness and am looking forward to spending time with other people's dogs. I am a self employed artist, volunteer, and executive director of a free store that I physically staff on Saturdays, so I have a very flexible schedule. I will care for pets in your home with so much attentiveness and love! Just give me a set of instructions and I am happy to hang out :)
About: I only host one pet at a time (unless they are from the same household) and when a pet guest is present they receive my undivided attention. I have been a pet mom consistently for over 20 years and self-employed for 10 which allows me the greatest gift of being with my precious critters 24/7. After losing a furry family member to cancer in early 2026, I decided that the best way to fill the huge hole in my heart was by becoming an extra-attentive and compassionate fill-in for pet parents who need temporary loving care for their beloved animals. My highest priority is to ensure a happy, healthy and safe environment (with lots of affection!) while your animal is in my care. I've had the joy of parenting a handful of senior and special needs pets over the years, and they are the nearest and dearest to my heart and soul. All reasonable requests in caring for these sweet creatures will be honored at no extra cost, including special feeding requirements, administering medications (no injections), a dedicated private bedroom for convalescing and peaceful quiet time, etc. I promise to handle all of your concerns with the utmost care and attention and treat your animal just as I would my own. I am self-employed part-time as a vacation home host which allows me the opportunity to work remotely. When pet guests are present, my time will be spent alongside your fur baby with the possible exception of a quick errand, email or a vacation home check if the stay is mid-week. The home is a cute and spacious two story, 3-bedroom Greek Revival cottage on 3 lush acres with walking trails and creek access in Delancey, NY. There are two 2-legged and one 4-legged family members for all this space, and we would love to share it with your pets. I am pet mom to a 6-year-old friendly, quirky, neutered ACD named Lou. Your pampered pets can be kept separate from Lou, and cats are offered their own exclusive area on the second floor, if necessary. Dogs are welcome to roam and to sleep anywhere in the pet-proof downstairs or in their own crate, if preferred. Guests have their choice of a raised bed with squishy blanket, an open crate with cozy poof, or the couches downstairs for overnight stays. This is a cozy, cuddly, "pets in bed" kind of household, so arrangements can be made for Lou to sleep with my hubby, and pet guests can snuggle up with me overnight, if that's what is best for your pet. While Lou is perfectly adjusted to life with cats, visiting kitties can have their own sunny bedroom, spacious bathroom with litter box, and private time upstairs.

“This was Norman’s second stay with Stephanie. She’s very flexible with pick-up and drop-off. Quick to respond and sends lots of pictures and videos. Norman loves staying with her, the family, and pups. When we arrived at her place, he was soooo excited to see her. Book her if available as she’s one of the best!”
About: I am a college student at the University of Denver returning home for the summer and I am looking to spend some time hanging out with some good doggos while making some extra cash! I love animals and I have grown up with Australian Shepherds my whole life and have spent countless hours training and playing with them. However, despite my personal affinity towards Aussies, I love all dogs of different shapes and sizes! I will be in New York from June 15 to August 15 and I am more than happy to schedule recurring walks/visits! Favorite Pups: Australian Shepherds, Bernese Mountain Dogs, and Corgis! Favorite Dog-related Activity: Agility, Dock Diving, Corgi Races I can't wait to walk and play with your pup(s) this summer!

“Melissa took such great care of our Pax! She was very responsive and sent pics of him to keep us updated, and he looked like he had so much fun playing outside with the other dogs. He seemed very relaxed and happy when we picked him up, so I know he had a great stay and was well taken care of. Would definitely recommend Melissa!”
