About: Started caring for pets since I was 10. Mostly dogs and cats along with some awesome rabbits. Neighbors, friends and family relied on me to walk, feed, play, administer medicine, clean liter boxes and give good lovin' to their beloved pets ! Lots of experience staying with pets in their home (sometimes for several weeks at a time) or coming to their home several times days for care. Realized that I was born with a natural rapport with animals. Grateful for this ability and nurtured these skills all my life. I'm currently applying for full-time work, so I'll have plenty of time (flexible hours) to love-up on your dearest dogs with walks, play and treats. Of course, belly rubs are included! Haven't had my own pet in awhile, but lived with housemates who have wonderful animal spirits (dogs, cats and bunnies) to brighten their lives and mine. When I've lived with pets, always check they have plenty of clean water and food and, depending on how they are housed, make sure they are safe in their crates or curled up in their favorite spots before I leave. About: I've been surrounded by furry friends my whole life. Chores in my early life included taking care of my childhood cats and dogs. I also have experience raising a litter of pups and caring for senior dogs with special needs. After college, I began raising my own dog, Birdie. We walk at least once a day and we try and get to the local park as often as we can (because smells in the neighborhood get boring). My nightly routine consists of letting the dog out one more time (just in case), then brushing my teeth and tucking myself into bed beside the dog, who usually gets her own pillow. Boarding services can be offered with my current living situation, however, two cats will be present (both have lived with dogs their whole life), along with my dog (she is quite friendly and loves to play keep-away with other furry friends). The yard is large and unfenced with a huge amount of woods out back. There is an outdoor kennel with a doghouse. My dog hates it but yours might like it. I have plenty of experience walking two dogs at once, so no problem taking Birdie and your dog on a walk together.
