I am a retired K9 Officer from the City of Frederick. I was the assistant trainer on the unit until I retired in 2019. I have been training dogs professionally since then. I am familiar with the care and needs of every type of dog, from puppy to senior. I strive to each client outstanding service and your satisfaction is paramount to me I am retired, and work from home and am available daily for your pet care needs. I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to work around yours. I have a lot of experience working with a lot of dogs and safety is always a top priority of mine. About: Started caring for pets since I was 10. Mostly dogs and cats along with some awesome rabbits. Neighbors, friends and family relied on me to walk, feed, play, administer medicine, clean liter boxes and give good lovin' to their beloved pets ! Lots of experience staying with pets in their home (sometimes for several weeks at a time) or coming to their home several times days for care. Realized that I was born with a natural rapport with animals. Grateful for this ability and nurtured these skills all my life. I'm currently applying for full-time work, so I'll have plenty of time (flexible hours) to love-up on your dearest dogs with walks, play and treats. Of course, belly rubs are included! Haven't had my own pet in awhile, but lived with housemates who have wonderful animal spirits (dogs, cats and bunnies) to brighten their lives and mine. When I've lived with pets, always check they have plenty of clean water and food and, depending on how they are housed, make sure they are safe in their crates or curled up in their favorite spots before I leave. Always make sure that I know where list of emergency contacts and vet info is located.

About: I've had dogs and cats my whole life. I currently have a beagle (8yrs) and a golden retriever puppy. One of my labs growing up had diabetes so I am skilled/ have knowledge of measuring food, giving insulin, and I know the importance of a diabetic animal being fed at the exact times every day. My current dog has epilepsy so I am experienced there as well. My friends and family trust me to take care of their pets and know they will be in good hands. I am currently a full time teacher at a local high school. My availability during the week is after 3:00 pm and my availability on the weekends is all day (unless otherwise discussed). I'm willing to bring in mail, packages, etc. I am currently only doing dog walking and drop in visits 30 mins- 1 hour. I will follow food/ care directions and make sure the house is secure before leaving.

About: I grew up on a small dairy farm with all kinds of animals. I went on to college at Penn State and graduated with a degree in Agriculture. I spent five years working on dairy farms and then became Registered Nurse because I married a dairy farmer and needed to work off the farm. I love all animals big and small and are comfortable care of all sizes and ages. I am also comfortable caring for animals with special needs. I am available most evenings and flexible on the weekends. I am reliable and responsible and always treat others pets and property as if they where my own. I am starting this business as a secondary income and would love the opportunity to care for your pet. I will be available most weekends and some evenings . I work full time as a nurse so this is my second job however I will only be showing available on the app when I am fully available to care for your pets! About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old. I’ve cared for dogs ranging from Yorkshire terriers to mastiffs. I’ve fed, walked, and entertained dogs most of my life and currently I’m a dog trainer. Currently I’m a dog trainer so I’m required to interact with dogs and learn their behaviors. I love reptiles and small animals, dogs being the most, so pet are is just something that allows me to better myself in that field. My backyard is fenced and I live in a nice area to walk dogs. I’ve studied dog behaviors and body posture so that I can better tend to how they may be feeling during anytime they’re in my care.

About: I've had pets since I was born. I've fostered cats, kittens, and elderly dogs for shelters, and have experience pet sitting for dogs of a variety of sizes. Sometimes those sits were for 4 weeks at a time. I also have experience giving dogs medication and am familar with the different medications having been in a shelter environment and having a mom who worked in a vets office. I've had my own deaf dog for 11 years now and am very familiar with the care involved with a dog with special needs. I've also adopted senior dogs and know what kind of care they require. I know how to take care of dogs with high anxiety issues and those with a lot of phobias too. I've yet to meet an animal I didn't like!

About: New to the area and am a huge animal lover! Worked in a small town veterinarian office, so I was always surrounded by others’ pets. I have open availability and am more than able to find a time to work around both your schedule and mine to accommodate the proper care routine. Whether it be my own pet or someone else’s, giving them plenty of attention and time throughout the day allows for a proper care routine.

About: After owning a dog since I was three years old, I understand pets are family! About: I have been an animal lover my whole life. I was raised around dogs and cats from the time I was born. I was a dog sitter for a few years, but I currently don't have the space for it in my home. I have experience in dog grooming, and I cut my own dogs hair. Currently, I am interested in mostly dog walking and occasional grooming services. I'm a bit out of practice with cutting dogs with different hair texture from my poodles curly coat, so I will take grooming clients on a case by case basis right now. Bathing, ear cleaning, nail trimming, gland expression, and things like that are always available. I am currently working from home, so I have a lot of extra time to fill. I'm looking to get back into my dog walking hobby. I should be available most days of the week. I'm sensitive to each individual pet's needs. I always treat my pup like my baby, and will do the same with yours. My dog is very friendly, and gets along with all animals, so if you'd like some socializing or playtime, we can introduce them.

About: I was raised around dogs my entire life and have always loved taking care of them and playing with them. I currently have 6 dogs and love everyone of them dearly and always spoil them while making sure they’re well behaved. I always help out with animals every day around the house whether it’s feeding, potting or walking my dogs to make sure they’re healthy and cared for. About: Graduated from the Vet Tech Institute of Pittsburgh did my internship at Somerset Animal Medical Center. I then went on to be a Veterinary Technician at Loyalsock Animal Hospital. About: I work hard to make the sweet puppys ( or adult dog) have a happy time as possible. Also, I having experience with senior dog who needs understanding and patients and just as much love if not more. I am general manager at a pizza shop, I am single. I would have time to help a dog or cat get attention or other animals. I have had mice, rats and fresh water fish, dogs and cats. Dogs need time to burn off energy, so I would walk with them , play ball or frisbee, depending on what they prefer. Also, bigger dogs from my experience like to tug on ropes or stuff animals.

About: My animals have always been treated like a member of the family, and are even more spoiled than myself. I will always treat your pet like my own! I work from home so I am available to do daily tasks in between answering emails, phone calls, etc. Pet care comes first before anything! About: I have owned my own personal animals for the past 6 years, I have 3 dogs (all beautiful muts) and 8 cats. Aside from having my own furry kids, I've also worked in animal rescue for a little over 4 years. This job field has given me so much experience working with every sort of dog breed, and any cat temperament. I currently work a full time job Monday-Thursday but I would love to be more involved in the animal field again.
