Provided a calm environment to welcome a puppy who has been through a lot in her short life. When we got home, she acted normal. With our previous dogs we boarded at kennels but felt the need to try something different with a puppy that spent most of her life at a shelter. Our dogs would be wiped out when they came back home. So far not seeing any of that from her stay with Kaitlyn.”
About: I have only had my own dogs to engage with but I love to teach them new tricks and help them learn. I am also not afraid to get to know shy pets I would be available after 4:30pm weekends but available all weekend. I work around having other jobs but am open those parts of the day I feed them, walk them, and teach them new tricks. I also love to play with my dogs to get the energy out of them
About: I’ve grown up with dogs, and even bought a dog of my own 3 years ago and he’s the best ever! He’s super friendly with other dogs and plays well with others. I usually take him on walks mornings, midday, and evening time and in the summer I only give him a walk in the evening because he’s a Husky and it gets too hot for him during the day. Evenings are best time for him. I try to take him to the dog park at least a couple times a week, so you can count on your pup having some one on one time with another pup and having LOTS of fun. I have walked dogs for family/family friends since I was 14. I’ve dog sat too and fed and bathe them. I am a stay at home mother of two beautiful children (3yrs, and 8months) and I take them along on walks too. They love dogs! I am available during the week at any time! I have 1 male Siberian Husky, he’s 3yrs old. He’s fixed and is up to date on all his shots, he’s also super friendly and plays well with any type of dog and any size.
About: I have over 15 years of experience caring for dogs from a variety of backgrounds, and I’m excited to bring that experience to Rover. I provide loving, personalized in-home daycare and boarding in Spring Grove, IL. I’m always caring for my mom’s dogs when she’s out of town so the routine is already established! When I care for pets in a client’s home, I follow their usual routine closely, whether it’s feeding, walks, or medication. I keep their space clean, give them plenty of attention, and try to make them feel as comfortable as possible while their person is away. I always respect the home, keep things tidy, and send regular updates. If anything seems off, I let the owner know right away.
About: I'm an energetic person who enjoys being with dogs. I pay close attention to detail and I am always willing to engage in activities to keep your dog busy but I also know dogs need some down time as well. I stay at home full-time so I will be able to provide plenty of potty breaks and play time in the backyard. I am currently a dog daddy to a Chihuahua named Lucy. She'll be 1 years old on November 1st. She's very loving and friendly dog. I have 7 years of experience.
