My pup is usually very nervous around other dogs and tends to shy away from them but she always comes out of her shell at Charlayda's. Rachel is a loving and caring animal lover. I left my dog and my daughter's dog with her for a week. They were well taken care of and enjoyed all the love they got from Rachel and her adult children. Both of her children were also very good with the dogs. Rachel sent me pictures often and kept me informed on how they were doing. The dogs looked like they were having a great time. I also loved that she took them for a walk at least 3 times a day and had a fenced yard. They got along well with Rachel's dogs. I will definitely use Rachel again. She took such wonderful care of our dogs.
Laura is incredible she took such good care of my two dogs. They are very anxious little pups, she helped them to feel calm and relaxed. Daily updates with pictures were consistent. When I picked up my pups they were calm and happy which is not normally the case. Usually when they have been away from me they are anxious when I pick them up and it takes several days to settle. You wouldn’t have known that I had been away. I really appreciate Laura and her husband. They were great gift during a difficult time for me when I had to leave quickly for my brother’s funeral. I will definitely use them again.
Rachelle is awesome. She sent us pictures and my dogs looked comfortable staying with her. When we picked them up, they both looked happy and looked familiar with Rachelle so I think they were comfortable staying with her and liked her. They didn't forget letting Rachelle know they appreciated her by going back to her and let her pet them one more time before we left.
